My wife and I are so totally impressed with the Quality of work from Lorenzo's crew. It is day three and they are still prepping. First day they filled holes, put down plastic to prevent staining and pressure washed the entire house. Second day plastic sheets down all around the house and windows. Third day. Stucco repair and sanding and filling all the wood and a thick primer to fill all the cracks in 50 year old trim. Day 4 was more prep work and two coats of paint on the stucco. Day 5, masking all the stucco and solar panels. Day 6 two coats of trim paint on all the wood including patio beams, shade garden and door. Day 7 masking the patio beams to paint the ship lap. Day 8, Isaac, the perfectionist, touched up everything that needed it, sanded the mahogany front door. Day 9 Isaac stained the door and put on two coats of urethane. Had Lorenzo paint my home this last week. He is a pretty popular painter because he does such high-quality work. This is the first week of June and I had to book him in April. Well worth the wait because of the fine craftsmanship. They were very methodical in their work and showed up every day. They had a timeline that they kept to, everything from power washing, prepping, to the different stages of painting. I have a large two-story home that they started on Sunday and finished on Thursday. The house looks amazing. The project was to paint new garage doors I had installed the day before to match the surrounding trim. Francisco arrived early on a Saturday morning and quickly started prepping the area for paint. Since the garage doors would need to be sprayed he taped off the surrounding area and then some. In addition, I had asked to have a pair of exterior shutters above the garage painted as well. We recently purchased a home in Eastvale that needed some cosmetic work. I hired Lorenzo to refinish our kitchen, bathroom, and hallway cabinets, and staircase banister. They were seriously an outdated natural birch wood color. Him and his team came in and sanded, primed, sanded again, and painted everything white. They did such an amazing job. His crew is very professional. They covered the floors and walls to protect them from overspray. I could not believe my eyes seeing the finished product. I hired him back to paint all the baseboards and door moldings after I had flooring installed. He gave me a reasonable quote and although their schedule was full, when I explained to him the urgency and although I had a small paint job, he made sure to squeeze me in and got the job done within the time he quoted me. They did a great job painting and cleaned up after themselves. As far as the reviews I've seen regarding sporadic communication complaints, my experience was positive. Although there was at times a delay in responses, that "delay" is to be understood and expected. They are a small business and I do not expect him to stop everything he's doing (current jobs, driving, etc) to instantly respond to my texts.
