We have used this company twice this year. Once for painting the interior and the second time for our exterior. The company replies quickly if you leave a message and usually available when you make a call the first time. The team that they send out are friendly and efficient. They painted half of our home interior within a day and our 1900 sq foot home in 2 days. We did a walk through on the 3rd day and they fixed up little things. They give great customer service and I am thankful for the great job they did to our home. The prices are competitive and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I contacted you more than a year ago concerning this problem and you stated you only warranty your work for a year. I guess the entire wood surfaces of my house is water damage because there's peeling paint on all the surfaces. There's no water damage! Again, you should have primed all wood surfaces before applying the paint especially as I asked you prior to painting my house. You said there's no need to prime before painting. read more

I hired Kwon's Painting to repaint my house in Moreno Valley. Judy responded quickly, was very friendly and answered all my questions with a great attitude. She set me up with an appointment for an estimate and their price was neither low nor high, probably right in the middle of other contractors, which is right where you should be. It did take them about 6 weeks to schedule me but that's normal now I think. They came out and did a great job. Very clean, no overspray and cut lines are good. I did have a couple small issues after they were done, but after I relayed that to Judy, she quickly sent her guys out to take care of it. That was as great to see. I had this company come paint the exterior of my house and it came out amazing!! I went through 7 different painting estimates, and the price was very competitive. Kurt was professional and straightforward with the estimate and process. Judy was very accommodating to my schedule and scheduling a start date. Also, the communication was great throughout the whole thing. They provided free paint samples and they finished within a week from Monday to Friday early afternoon. The painting crew was also nice and super clean with their work. Overall, I highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them again when it's time to paint the interior of my house! Some neighbors (via Nextdoor) recommended Kwon's Painting, so I contacted them for an estimate. Judy texted me within a couple of hours (maybe less!) and we set up a time for Kurt to come out and give an estimate. He did a quick walk around the house and immediately sent a quote from his iPad. I was so pleased with the quote (and the recommendations that I got via Nextdoor and Yelp, that I contacted Judy again to set up an appointment. I didn't get any difficulties getting on their schedule within a week or two, when it was convenient for me! Roberto and his crew showed up on time, rang the bell, introduced himself, shook my hand, went over the order, told me exactly what they were going to do, asked to make sure the windows were shut for the pressure wash, and verified my contact info in case he needed to contact me for anything. Kurt came 15 or 20 minutes later and we settled on colors. Everything was super-professional every day. They arrived on time every day and got the job done on time. Roberto was extremely helpful in communicating with us every step of the way. The crew was friendly, cleaned up, respectful of the house and garden, and friendly with our dog! Equally important, the work they did was amazing: they prepped the house beautifully, made small and medium repairs where there was wood damage, used high-quality paint, made recommendations for upgrades (i.e. painting the garage doors, because they needed it!!). Kwons painting is one of the greatest companies ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Judy with the emails and texts is on top of everything. Soon after contacting them, Kurt came out gave me a quote which was way better than other quotes i had been given. I had seen there yelp reviews already prior to contacting them so i was comfortable that i would get great service but it was just beyond my expectations. All my concerns were addressed, every one of the workers that came to the house was friendly and respectful of everything. They even got around every bush and tree i have surrounding the house. Just remarkable service. Looks great, they also allowed me to upgrade the paint to Dunn Edwards Evershield for just a bit more. A couple weeks after they painted the house we decided we would paint the patio cover in the back which we had left off and they even assisted me with getting that paint which was a great savings as well. I hired Kwons to paint the exterior of my 1850 sq. ft. single story house. In reply to your comment...none of what you say makes any sense...we had an appointment set up for 11:30 - 12:30 which was confirmed the day before. The day of our appointment no one showed up because you couldn't reach me to move the appointment. Had your staff member shown up at my door between 11:30 and 12:30 as you scheduled it I would have been home to greet the person. The fact that you didn't receive a return call as soon as you decided to switch the appointment and you got a return call from me at a later time doesn't change anything. How convenient that the call was disconnected as soon as I asked you to allow me to speak but when you were ranting on and on it didn't get disconnected and yes you justified the NO SHOW by placing the responsibility/blame on me for not returning your call as soon as you called. The manner in how you handled the problem was rude and unprofessional. read more

A couple of years ago they did a complete interior job. It included all the popcorn ceilings and patching of some previous electrical work. My wife likes to give advice and tends to change her mind often but through all that they were very patient and accommodating. Recently I had them do a total exterior including wrought iron fencing and gates and they were the only company I called. They would arrive early and stay till sundown. Sebastian and his crew did a great job both times. They pay attention to details and would notify me any time they saw something that may be of concern but was not related to their painting, e.g cracked roofing tiles. I recommend them. read more

I had the exterior of my house painted last week and it turned out wonderful. I had contacted Kwon's Painting by E-mail and within hours I received an E-mail from Judy and we set up a date for Kurt to come out. We reviewed what needed to be done (stucco repair, sanding, priming doors, etc and selecting colors). We set a date and Judy stayed in contact with me to schedule changes in the start date, moving it up by a week. Jorge came out and trenched and power washed everything and the following day the crew was here to patch, sand and prepare for the painting (covering everything with thick plastic). The painting was finished the following day and I could not be more pleased. They cleaned everything up and not a drop of paint could be found on the pavers or walkway. A very friendly crew who took real pride in their work. I would give my highest recommendation for all aspects of the job (price, workmanship and customer service).
