She apologized and offered to give me her next available Appt, which unfortunately, didn't fit my schedule. I called her back 3 days later and explained my situation in more detail. Sally didn't hesitate, she made it work and did all 3 dogs during a time she normally doesn't work. Dropped the dogs off at 2pm and returned at 5pm to get them. Wow, did they look awesome, all 3 were beautiful and happy as can be. You can tell within minutes of talking to Sally, whether it be on the phone or in person, she loves animals. You can rest assured that while they are in her care, they will be treated with the utmost kindness and love. I can't thank her enough for the work she did and the circumstances she worked through for me. If you are able to employ Sally to groom your puppies, you will feel like it is a gift, rather than a job.
