She is a very warm, kind, and friendly woman. Also, I love that she makes water with oranges -- it's a little touch but really makes a difference and makes it feel like you're at a spa! Most of all, however, she does incredible massage. She listens so well, releases the tension but also is very gentles, caring, tender and respectful of the body. I always feel like she does exactly what I ask her to do. If I ask her to apply more pressure, she does it. I feel like I can trust her with my body and she has excellent judgement and intuition on how much pressure to apply. I feel revitalized, nurtured, relaxed after her massage -- and most importantly, it's safe, nothing ever hurts or is sore. It's perfect for the body. I had hot stones under my back (under a cloth) to rest on in the beginning, and stones on my core and between my toes and under by palms....again soooo relaxing. Erica my masseuse was amazing, she dug in deep in places, and I was like ouch but in a good way, great tension relief, and she listened when I said no oil in my hair!! I asked to concentrate on certain areas and she did, very much enjoyed this service and my time here. They have a nice clean space and a changing area and lockers for your personal items. Very friendly staff. My friend had the dancing feet reflexology and neck and shoulder massage and said hers was awesome too. Only thing was it was noisy in the hallway and I could constantly hear someone talking, but I didn't let that take away from my massage. Overall I would highly recommend this spa. Great experience.
