Our remodel consisted of a complete gut of the kitchen/dining area and changing it's footprint. Gail and her team helped me choose new cabinets, surfaces, fixtures, appliances and hardware. No detail was too small, and they were very patient with me. Additionally I had some special requirements that needed to be addressed, such as low VOC products/cabinets, working with my busy schedule, etc. All of my concerns were met and addressed with attention to each detail. My kitchen was installed and completed in the time frame originally presented to me despite the fact that I added on some items at some very inconvenient moments (a bathroom). Nothing, not even a phone call 3 weeks and 3 days later. RELIABLE: On the appointment day to measure, I had to call the no- show rep 30 minutes past appt time. The rep had forgotten the appt but agreed to drop what he was doing and arrive 45 minutes later. Hey, I thought, everyone makes mistakes. RESPONSIVE SERVICE: There is no phone number written on the proposal, and when I call a number found online, I get a voice mail. Meanwhile, this company required a 50% deposit when the door was ordered and wanted a check, not a credit card. Therefore, as the check was promptly cashed 3 1/2 weeks ago, I really have no recourse. Let's just wait and see how long it takes this company to communicate. Buyer beware.

Good News! My order #15540502, 06/2026 arrived on time…read more (actually early) Every blind fit perfectly. The order of woven wood shades met with high approval, (wife). The installation went well. As a seasoned installer, my only suggestion is for the roller blind bracket "wing nut". The roller bar has a very tight space to start the threading of the nut. Persistence works well. So, if the wing nut had only "one" longer wing, It would be a "one finger" install. They wanted me to be happy with the work. If we stayed with the original plan of having the workers stay the full 15 hrs, there wouldn't be this issue and I would have $800 back. I didn't want or need a rush job done. I only want to pay $2100. Not $2900. I was willing to pay a few hundred more for additional supplies. Adding more workers was never discussed. I don't think that it's fair or right to throw this fee at me because you added another worker.
