I saw how great the shades of blonde were and felt like this could be it! Claudia was who I had my appointment with. She made me feel comfortable right away. She is very friendly and listened to what I wanted and asked the right questions. Claudia spent a couple hours on my hair which is expected with thick hair that is naturally dark, it takes time to lighten. After my hair was washed and I sat in the chair I could already tell with wet hair it was the shade that I had before moving here and trying so hard to achiever in NJ! She does my color and extensions and somehow nails it every single time. I get compliments constantly and people are always asking who does my hair. My natural hair is black and she got me this blonde (see photo) while keeping my hair healthy, which says everything about her skill. She's incredibly knowledgeable and, more importantly, honest. I always check with her before doing anything to my hair because I know she'll give me real advice, not just say yes to everything. She also does my 11 year old daughter's hair and is so patient and sweet with her, which means a lot to me. You can tell she really cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. If you're looking for someone you can trust long term, Kylie is it. I can't recommend her enough.
