I have been using the shop since moving back to Pensacola almost three years ago. The last two…read moretimes have been less than stellar. In February I had a dress altered. The alterations came to $60. The dress was still falling off my shoulders and I was told the job was "a lot" to do. No additional alterations were offered without me paying more. On May 2nd, I dropped off a pair of pants to be taken in at the waist. I was told to pick them up on the 9th. I went in on the 11th. They were not ready. I returned on the 15th. They could not find the pants. After 30 minutes of searching the pants were found folded with someone else's items. I was told to return the 15th. I returned the pants were still not finished. I was finally able to get the pants on June 3. When I asked why didn't they just call, the lady stated "you don't call me so I don't call you." Thinking that she misunderstood my statement I shared that I was disappointed that my pants were not completed on time she stated, "I'm not upset when people don't pickup on time!" Ma'am you had my pants for a month! She literally did not care. And no I don't want a discount I want the service I paid for by the date and time you gave me at the time of agreement.
