I am writing this review after a time in my life that has been filled with disquietude and sincere emotion. Louis Simonetti, Jr. and his staff have been the most professional, caring, competent and principled individuals one could hope to work with. Obviously, dealing with a law firm and the requisite features of a case contains many undercurrents of anxiety. Simonetti and Associates have been a respite from this position. From Antoinette in office management who never failed to offer insight and assistance, Charlotte M. Betts whose work ethic and sage advice never wavered and of course, Louis F. Simonetti, Jr., who encompasses not only supreme legal acumen but a courteous and accomplished counselor. Every call was returned without fail, documents and administrative pieces were disseminated quickly, the cost was genuinely fair and I was always made aware of every step throughout the process. I would implore those who are beginning down this path of divorce or simply looking for a firm to handle a myriad of issues, to seek out representation from Simonetti & Associates. My mother passed away in April 2021 and my sister hired Mr Ingbretsen to do my mom's estate. 3…read moretimes the paperwork to file probate and have my sister appointed as executor was sent out with the date of death off. I'm talking off by 20 years. Probate was never filed until my other sister called to complain that nothing was being done. After the last call, probate was started and that was a year and a day after my mom's death. Supposedly Mr Ingbretsen was in a car accident and another attorney was put on mom's case. My sister and I have called endless times asking to speak to the new attorney and we were blown off and told we would get a call back. We'll I had MY attorney check on mom's estate when she was at the courthouse and found out that probate was not filed until this past July, 15 months after mom's death. We have heard nothing from the lawyer or secretary at all. I am disabled, I do not work and I do not collect disability. I have been staying at my moms house paying thousands in bills and I am a month away from losing the house to foreclosure bc.my mom had a reverse mortgage. I have called Bruce's office over 40 times in the last 2 weeks and now the number is disconnected. I am furious and seeking legal counsel elsewhere. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. I HAVE REPORTED THIS PRACTICE TO THE BAR ASSOCIATION.
