Meat choices: bacon, carne asada, chorizo and al pastor Standard fillings: shredded cheese, salt, butter, sour cream, green onions and jalapenõs Potato is baked, filling is scooped out, adding, butter, salt (always order no salt), sour cream and a bit of shredded cheese. Everything is then mashed together and added back to the potato shell (kinda like a twice baked potato). Then topped with shredded cheese, choice of meat (I ordered bacon), green onions and pickled jalapenõs. All flavors come together beautifully and the texture is very creamy and delicious. My potato was about $15, price is right on point. They also offer roasted corn, esquite, a couple of different types of nachos. They mix up the sour cream and butter into the potato so things don't get to messy...I love that! The potato is cooked perfectly always soft and so tasty! I heard about this place about 2 weeks ago from my coworkers and my hubbys coworkers. I ended looking it up on google to see if it was true. Its a big potatoe mixed with sour cream cheese chives and the selection of meat you request which is either bacon chorizo or carne asada. Plus they sell corns with mayonnaise cheese and chile just like the elote men that push the carts around. The prices are great 6.00 bucks for a potatoe and 2.00 bucks for a corn. The line was short not a long wait about 15 minutes but worth every minute of it. I recommend this place is your driving by the area or visiting someone in Delano.
