I used to love their food, particularly the breakfast burritos (bacon, eggs, potatoes with added cheese). They contained plenty of bacon and eggs and enough potatoes (appear to be french fries) to round it out nicely. The red hot sauce is delicious!! However, this past year it has really gone down hill with the burrito being almost completely potatoes, barely any eggs and almost no bacon. I want my burritos to be big and juicy, the tortas to be on soft bread with yummy fillings and the tacos to be juicy and satisfying. So far all of these things have been met here. The red and green salsas are also delightful. I always drive throughout least once every other week to get my burrito fix and they are abiding by COViD precautions- wearing a mask. I was at the order window and after trying to order, the young girl behind the window was very rude and told me that I was unable to order my choice due to a broken fryer. I proceeded to my next choice which she also said I couldn't order, so I asked her " Okay, soo what IS available?" Instead of giving me some options, she slammed the window shut on me, then from behind it, called me a bitch, so I flipped her off as I was walking out, she then took a pic of me and ran out of the building, ran up in my face without a mask, got into my face closely and said " whats the matter are you mad because you couldn't get some food huh bitch" We exchanged other words and as she walked away she told me to kiss her ass and slapped her own butt as she walked away. I've called the police and I doubt they will do anything about it, Im currently waiting for a call back from them. However, I do really feel that this girl should be fired. After telling my daughter about what had happened, she also was saying that she herself, had a problem with this girl upon ordering some 2months ago This young girl was very rude, wanted to fight me in the parking lot and should be fired. I've NEVER experienced something like this before and I just couldn't believe it. I'd definitely say that the customer service was horrible beyond compare !
