The…read morestaff is always super energetic and friendly, and they definitely make celebrations memorable. If you tell them it's your birthday, be prepared! They'll come over singing loudly, bring free dessert, and sometimes even pie you in the face if you agree to it. It can be really funny, but also a little chaotic depending on the mood you're in. The food is decent, but honestly pretty average. Nothing was bad, but it wasn't especially amazing either. Some dishes are really good while others feel kind of bland or hit-or-miss. The prices are fair, but the portions are huge! Be ready to either share or take half your meal home in a box. Overall, I'd give it 3 stars. The atmosphere and staff are what keep us coming back more than the food itself. Great place for loud family birthdays and fun memories, just maybe not the best Mexican food ever.

I have been going here for years and it is my favorite Mexican food anywhere. I am a huge Pozole lover and they have my favorite. Too bad they only serve it in the weekends! Very authentic and the service is fast, friendly and flexible with special orders. Make sure you request the green tomatillo salsa when they bring you the chips and (red) salsa! I tried the super burrito and what I got was a super large blob of rice, if you order one be shure to ask for soy sauce, that might give it some flavor!! The guest that came with me said it was the blandest food they have ever ate I didn't eat mine. Then they double charged my credit card and so we had to go through the process of fixing that. I've been going here forever. Last visit was a few days ago. New menu and higher prices. The charge of $1.50 for an extra small, basket of chips turned me off as well as extra charge for rice or beans that used to be included. Food is authentic and delicious. read more

The chips were warm and fresh, and the salsa had a really great flavor to it, unique from other Mexican restaurants we've more recently been to. Our 4 year old daughter enjoyed the music and videos playing of Salsa dancers and other traditional Hispanic dances while we waited for our food. The quesabirria and carnitas tacos were both excellent - full of flavor and clearly made with care! We're already planning our next visit to try more of the menu. This is going to be our new go-to family spot.
