Our tiled shower is only about three years old, but it was time to properly clean and seal between the tiles in the shower. When the guy finished I still had a urine stain from the dogs on the rug, and the flap on the couch the other company totally missed. I was assured by the owner that this was an ethical service, and it turned out to be so. Luis came over on time and surveyed the home and gave me a fair and reasonable quote. We were throwing a party and I needed it done that week. I called VCC and they were at my door within 2 hours for pickup and had my rug back to me before the party that week. Was extremely neat and laid down tarps to protect my mom's floors and cushioning cones around the bannisters to protect from all damages.
