Friendly service. Great prices. They don't lift up furniture to get underneath like beds and sofas for example (they will move to get in the cracks if requested). They don't provide booties for shoes after cleaning, like some of the more expensive places might, but they do put plastic protectors under the legs of chairs, tables, desks, couches, etc. The prices are excellent (pretty sure they can't be beat, especially for the quality cleaning and customer service). They are friendly, great communicators and do a great job! We have worked with them twice (they remembered us too), and we have recommended multiple times. We will use them again. A close friend gifted me a microfiber cushioned couch and love seat, which I stored at Public Storage for 5 months. Now, I'm in my new place and wanted to remove the previous owners wear, so I searched Yelp! (Ofc) Derrick picked up the phone call and answered my questions that included the process, the estimated price and appointment availability. The price was fair based on the amount of work: 10 large cushions and 8 pillows. Derrick offered a free consultation upon the scheduled time, in which he confirmed the initial price point. At that point, I was given the option to move forward with the service or say 'no thank you'. That is great service as he drove his workers and work truck 12 miles just for a free consultation ( and risk of me saying 'no'.) It was a 3 man job: 1 site supervisor, 1 cleaner, 1 equipment supporter. It took under two hours and all my cushions/pillows were renewed!!! There were some area that the site supervisor communicated to me throughout the process that may not come out, however they managed to clean those spots too. Quick response, quick to get my upstairs carpets Clean but boy did they stay wet for a long time. I was told they'd dry in about 4 hours. 24 hours later I still had a few damp spots. I called Gary last week to find out about a couch cleaning, my elderly cat urinated alllllllll over our cushions. Gary was super friendly, professional and answered all of our questions- he was able to come out next day. He set up quickly, thoroughly cleaned our cushions and used safe chemicals for our animals. He offered some tips for us next time that we can do ourselves. He mentioned that cat urine can be hard to remove so if we had any issues to just call him back. Some of it had obviously seeped into the foam so once everything dried we called him back and they came out ASAP, no questions asked. Overall great service. I Called on a Friday evening, Gary quoted me the minimum pricing and told me they can come the next morning to look at the job they need to do before they can give me an exact price. they go to your house free of charge just to give you an estimate whether you use their service or not. I immediately excepted the service after they came and gave me the pricing because the master bedroom and 2 bedrooms have not been cleaned, shampooed, steamed etc. for over 10 years had pet stains (3 dogs!) so they suggested an additional scrub service and all 3 rooms only cost me $180! Other places I called charge more as a minimum! You just need to mention to them what you want, what other places were charging, and they work with you, they make suggestions and reasons to what they feel is best and Im so happy with the way the carpets turned out! We both didn't expect for the carpets to get as cleaned as it did because of the conditions of it but it turned out better than expected! I will definitely use them again! I hate to be the bearer of bad news to such nice guys as Gary and Derrick. PROS: * Gary and Derrick seem to be truly nice guys. * Received same day service (came out same day I called them -- tho was later by 2 hours then originated stated) * I specifically said I wanted only 2 sets of carpeted stairs cleaned (a set of 8 steps, and a set of 13 steps). I told Gary that it was Berber carpeting. Gary knew how Berber carpeting required special handling. * In calling around, the charge of $150 was what I was quoted by others, so their pricing was fair. CONS: * After 2 hrs, Derrick did clean the top and front of the steps, but was not able to clean the edges of the stairs (the sides nor the horizontal line between steps), so they still look dirty (black lines are still there) - huh? I was not told at the time of scheduling that they would not be able to do the stair edges. And Berber carpeting gets dirty easily. * In looking online later, a carpet cleaning company would have used an edger or crevasse tool, Unfortunately, Clean Touch Carpet Cleaning does not have any tools for doing stair carpet edges. I wish I knew this before. I don't think I'm going to pay an additional $150 to another carpet cleaning company, so I have to do the blacks lines myself by hand -- sheesh. read more
