9/8/25 paper delivered in water from our sprinklers

[[HIGHLIGHT]]What is so hard with delivering a paper to a customer's driveway?????[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The last 4 days my paper has been delivered in the apron of my driveway next to the busy street? Also thrown into my sprinklers. 9/7,9/8,9/9,9/10 Pathetic service!!!

Terrible customer service. The rep "John" keeps dropping the call when I ask for assistance with double billing.

I was getting fed up and finally asked for the supervisor. The person said there was no supervisor, but promptly took down my information and said that they would have someone respond to the double billing issue. I also sent an email to their customer service since I wasn't getting anywhere on the phone. Long story short, don't waste your time calling, the email customer service is SO much better. Save yourself the aggravation. They were professional and corrected the billing situation. I do like reading the LATimes so I gave them a 2nd chance and resubscribed.

I had to work late and missed my night of telenoveles. BUT WAIT! You and I no longer need to worry. Soto St. Magazine stand carries all the latest news on the telenoveles. If your power goes out, a friend stops by and you don't want to cry in front of them so you turn the show off, if you have to work late... whatever. Soto St. Magazine stand has you covered. They carry lots of Spanish magazines. Bullfighter Illustrated, H, Playboy, Better Homes and Agave, Rick Bayless unleashed... Okay they don't have that one. Rick Bayless is annoying. But they do have some written in english also for those that don't speak español. They have all the latest trade rumors for Liga/Primera Divisíon De la Federcíon de Mexicana de la fútbol. They have everything! Salma Hayek, aforementioned Maite Perroni, Maria Elisa Carmargo, Blanca Soto... Anyways... Oh, and they have a TV set and always a couple people milling about gossiping. I have no clue what they are saying but it makes me laugh.

We reached out to DPRINTLA because they already worked with other clubs at our campus. We ordered 250 yearbooks, but they offered up another 22. They ended up helping us immensely, offering us cheaper prices for their overtime work when we made mistakes, offering discounts for the additional labor needed to fix the design files... Overall they helped some students who had no clue what they were doing produce some pretty awesome prints. Just make sure to review all the files they send back to you so there aren't any errors that slide by. Will always recommend!

We regularly print things like vinyl banners, foam core signage, posters, and palm cards/brochures. Every so often we have something extra fancy, like a chrome-foiled folded menu for a formal event, or a large format newsprint zine with vibrant photography. Staff is always incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. They provide options for new projects we dream up, bring us samples, and share photos of test prints so we know we're getting exactly what we want. The personal relationship we've built makes new projects less stressful, because we know Design Printing will always help us out! They save us when we need to print last minute, and are always willing to work something out if a mistake is made.
