But you can request a quote based on pictures so that you get multiple offers.) The price was competitive, and though it was just a tiny bit more than the lowest price, the good customer service helped me trust him. When they arrived, Victor and his coworker introduced themselves to my mom and got to work. They finished in 15 minutes. Then, they took the extra step of sending me a text that the job was finished and sent me a picture of the truck of junk when I asked. We'd use Acosta again if we ever need another junk removal in San Diego. Now if only they had a Northern CA branch to help with my own post-move cleanup.
