He told us this is a Bodega, meaning all of the plates are tapas, there's no coffee or paella, and there's no TV or WiFi so talk to each other! He said that the tapas tasting menu (18€ pp) would feature a full variety of dishes and if we didn't like anything he'd replace it without question. That wasn't necessary as Ramón and the other waiter brought out plate after plate of shrimp, pork, sausages, potatoes, and a huge variety of local delicacies.
