I didn't wait long before a staff member walked in and started on my hair right away and this was without an appointment on a Saturday morning, awesome! !! I must say before my hair was started there was a woman there cutting men's hair and she was super nice, had clients coming in back to back and was doing an awesome job. She did such a wonderful job that I must definitely tell my BF to schedule an appointment with her. Now back to my experience.
