I called at 1:30pm on a Thursday. I was told they would try to fit me in the next day. That would have fine, Saturday would have been fine. Hell, Sunday would have fine. I had to call them Monday and inquire where my new dumpster was. I was told it would be here that morning. I called back, again, and was told they had a problem with a flat tire. No one bothered to call me. After many calls and headaches they were finally on their way (after 4 in the afternoon). I had already told them I wasn't interested in a swap and I just wanted them to pick up the full dumpster because I had contacted another company for another dumpster. The guy on phone acted like I was putting him out because he had to go back and drop the empty one. No one bothered to try to make it right. Beware dealing with this company.

We understand that these are not climate controlled, so temperatures will fluctuate, but the contents would otherwise be dry and secure. For what we paid for almost a year, we did not expect our belongings to get rained on and soaked. The people there seemed nice (at least I thought so), but they did not seem to care when we informed them that items were destroyed by water damage. We lost irreplaceable pictures, some framed professional certificates, several very nice (and expensive) chess boards, and a couple dozen books, including a first edition signed by the author. They offered no refund or compensation and did not even say they were sorry, so I have know idea whether they intend to remedy the situation for the next tenant. There was also evidence of mice, as there was mouse crap everywhere. The mice did not get into our stuff because there was nothing edible for them, but it was gross unloading the unit. It is really unfortunate that with such a nice location, we could not rely on them to protect our assets in a reasonable way. Very disappointed, to say the least. UPDATE: The owners contacted my wife and were apologetic and offered to help mitigate the situation. Since they can see where the leak was (cardboard boxes stuck to the floor), they can fix it. Worth it to give them another try.

FACILITIES: Their facility is new, easy to enter/exit, 1 mile from 25, has two dump stations, water, 24 hour access, 24/7 onsite security, PRIVATE (no one walking by on the sidewalk watching you load or unload), bright lights, video surveillance connected to my phone, a wash bay and a service bay where you can pull your rig to do small repair jobs if needed. 5* CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ask about their move-in specials - I got almost an entire month for free and no admin fees. As I was moving across state, I communicated in advance that I couldn't be there until after their official closing time and that I was starting work the next morning. Carly went out of her way to be there when I arrived (around 9 PM), helped guide my rig in and had my access key and paperwork ready to sign so that I could unload and be on my way. Her patience, thoughtfulness and customer-oriented approach really made for a soft landing which was a highlight after a long day of moving!
