The food was amazing!! Service was great and the food was everything you can imagine. They bring plenty of tortillas and the guacamole was delicious! Ambiance was like any sit down restaurant lots of decor around the inside to admire.

We chose this place for our last dinner in CDMX. It was a solid meal but the place feels a bit tired. It was empty the night we dined and while the food was good it wasn't exciting either.

Los Panchos was our first breakfast/brunch on our recent trip to Mexico City. It was entirely unplanned, but I'm glad we discovered it. We were walking to Castillo de Chapultepec from our hotel and needed a bite to eat. Service was impeccable, and the price point was affordable. I particularly loved the guacamole. This restaurant seems to have a lot of history, which made the experience even more special. I would definitely recommend this spot for a meal if you're in the area.

Tasty good with many healthy and vegetarian options. The Consomé was flavorful with rice vegetables and chick peas. My husband really liked the taco al pastor and the petrolera too, but not as much. The torta was huge, actually like two tortas. My alambre was a delicious mixture of grilled, minced nopales, poblanos, fresh mushrooms and onion. I added Queso Oaxaca. We had enough for almost three meals. We ate outside and sadly people came around begging for money. I don't carry cash anymore. The indoor seating is probably quieter. Service was polite, efficient and helpful in answering questions. No wonder it gets really busy.

Marco was an amazing person to meet and talk to. Tacos were fresh and tasty. Cannot recommend this place enough

It was...okay? Everyone was very nice. Things were hectic. Food was good but not like wow if that makes sense.

Great and fast service. Definitely a local spot. Went around 3PM on a Thursday afternoon but it was still pretty full. There are two sides. One for stand and eat and one for sit down.

I got the drowned tacos which were very good. The service was impeccable. The only thing I didn't like was that the inside of the place was very dark.

Delicioso!

Had 3 beef tacos, cheese quesadilla and 2 coke lights in a can. I don't speak Spanish and they have a English menu! The server spoke a little English and was ultra helpful, service was great, and food was delicious.

Great spot in the Polanco neighborhood for food. Came in early for Mexico lunch time with a group of 7. The staff was great and so was the food. Not really sure how to describe the restaurant as it seemed to be laid out like most restaurants in the neighborhood.

Very tasty tacos! I got the taco of carnitas and the taco of cecina de yecapixtla. Both were very good, and I know the carnitas one is the famous one, but that one was just good - the cecina one was excellent. If I were to go back I'd probably just get two of that one because it was just so juicy and tender and tasty. Friendly service. A sink to wash your hands out front without even having to go to the bathroom is nice too. Not the cheapest but not super expensive either.

We had a nice time and our food was decent. There are tacos to die everywhere around us, and this was underwhelming.

The line is fast since this is not a sit down spot. There is seating next door to the taco stand, but they are not affiliated with the restaurant and you need cash to pay for a table. We opted to stand at the counter. Overall, the tacos are really well cooked and so tasty. We got an order of each meat taco. My favorites were the steak and filet. I would love to go again, it was a good taco.

For its notoriety I expected a more grand storefront but it was just a standard food stall. You line up to order and pay and then they give you your food. You can take your food to go or grab one of the few tables next to the shop. The unique thing about this taqueria is that they cook their meats in slabs and place them on the tortillas as-is. They don't chop up your meat into dices and they don't have the typical taco proteins you'd expect either. We ordered most of the meats: steak ($58 MXN), rib ($88), filet ($77), and chop ($88). My favorites were the steak and chop. The rib was a little tough. All the meats tasted better with salt and I liked the green salsa on top. These weren't the best tacos I've ever had but they were good. While its Michelin star meant that I had to try it, I probably wouldn't go back.
