We were right up at the stage and during the opening act and main they actually had a beverage/bar cart come through at the security fence which I thought was pretty smart. From where I was standing, I couldn't see the stage at all, which made it hard to enjoy the performance I came to see. Beyond just being crowded, it felt unsafe. The number of people packed into the space seemed excessive, and I genuinely question whether it exceeded fire code limits. People were standing all the way back into the bar area. Navigating through the crowd was difficult, and there didn't appear to be enough room for people to exit easily if needed. I've been to this venue since its 2017 opening and had much better experiences, but this event felt poorly managed. I hope they take crowd capacity and guest safety more seriously in the future.

Main issue I have with the venue is lack of restrooms for that many people. There has to be more access to restrooms with people drinking and dancing and partying. Maybe next time, more porta potties outside so 1) there are more options and less lines, and 2) the ones that are available aren't so disgusting. I've used many porta johns at many festivals, for this size venue the 3 they had outside (without leaving the show) were gross. I literally could not touch anything in there. Just hover and pee. They had 2 more when you leave but there were no ins/outs so those weren't an option. This can be done better, I know cause I've been to places where taking care of peoples basic needs are more attended to. Anyway, otherwise great time. Not the most comfortable chairs but bearable for the hour performance. There's exposed wood on the ceiling which adds to the aesthetic. During the event I attended, there were bars both inside the main area and out (no food though) as well as bathrooms both inside the main area and out. After buying an adult beverage, I accidentally left my credit card at the bar. When I realized it a few minutes later, the bartender was waiting for me with my card. Crisis averted! Overall, pretty nice venue.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and funny. The entire house has been restored to represent how the original owners would have it set up as closely as possible. The inside details are gorgeous and intricate. Our tour ended up being more like 45 minutes because it was just us and we didn't ask questions. It was a great way to spend a little bit of time before our next activity.
