This review is only reflecting my experience with the sharps disposal program here. I have absolutely no idea why it's so difficult to find a good sharps disposal in LA County. It really is like pulling teeth because spots are either too busy or they're at max capacity for sharps. Ugh. Anyhow, it is always a pleasant and rather quick experience here. I use an injectable medication and I fill up sharps containers quicker than I realize sometimes. Anyhow, I enjoy making the drive up here because this is a clean facility with no hassle. If you need to dispose of your sharps, go to the lab on your left and mention that that's what you're here for. And if you need extra containers, they are mighty generous (I went home with three). Thanks Los Robles Hospital!

Absolutely terrible service. Some rude workers and it really isn't great. I rather die than go to this hospital to get care.

We came in before the morning shift change. The staff was prompt, the noise level of the night and day shifts were acceptable, the bedside manners of everyone and I literally mean everyone was excellent. As a healthcare worker myself, you can't help but notice the small details and compare/contrast with your own experiences. I may be a touch biased towards teaching hospitals, having started my career in an inpatient rehab hospital as well. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses that helped us! Wishing you all the best in your careers! I need to give a special shout out to Shawna from registration. Not only was she transparent about billing information and expectations, but she was also personable and there were organic moments where we couldn't help but laugh together despite the event itself being stressful. Thank you again, we hope to never be in a position where we have to come back but if there's ever a medical emergency again, we will choose Los Robles!

Scopolamine only for speciffic limited incident where she has expressly discussed it with the administering anesthesiologist for planed surgery, is the only circumstances when she would allow scopolamine. (Not a patch for 72 hours without her knowledge) The scopolamine coincided with hospital staff suspiciously prempting discussions of my mothers mental decline as if i whould now recognize it,,,wow these people are scum. And the doctor that readily did call to discuss my mom was the Hospice Dr they added to her case. My family would NEVER HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH HOSPICE AT ALL, i told them this when she was in ICU and at previous hospital visit, I diplomatically told! Hat doctor the same. I said to him, its peculiar nobody has assesed and discussed my mothers condition at all or called me with any asessment diagnosis,,yet every day they gave her zero physical therapy, Administred one unauthorized videofluroscopy to watch her swallow which was equal to 155 chest xrays, as well as other xrays and scan events. All against her will even after ICU and life threatening excuse could posibly overide personal rights and freedom. Its her body, no means no (this is america) If i suspected medical assault and abuse and just wanted to prevent it,, id say my suspicion was not unfounded after reviewing only briefly the facts in her so called treatment. My mother is thanks god eating well now and recovering contrary to the false narative they tried to medically enforce,,, best as can from their abuse, This is an edited version as yelp restricts length and i simply chopped out the top half of my review. Which had over 5000 words. I also have audio and video recording of their crimes in the ER while mom arrived Let me just say i suspect more than incompetence and neglece cevprevails in that ER especialy when they know how to structure to get insurance pay. It is in my opinion criminal and or medical incompetentce and abuse.

I had some reservations about this facility, but this team completely changed my perspective. From check-in to discharge, everyone was outstanding. I am especially grateful to my pre-op nurse, Daniell, who was amazing, and my post-op nurse, who provided such incredible care. You both were great, and I promised you I would leave this review--I haven't forgotten your kindness! I also want to thank the anesthesiologist and the CNA; you all were wonderful. I will never return to this location for ER, urgent care, or primary care services…read more I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Neha Amin and Charge Nurse Carlos P. During my visit, I felt that my symptoms and concerns were repeatedly dismissed. I was not feeling well at all and came seeking answers regarding significant inflammation, pain, and signs of infection that were right on my face ! From the beginning of the visit, I felt that my concerns were not being taken seriously. According to the visit notes the doctor wrote , she advised she "offered me " a CBC test but yet did not do her job or care to do her job so that was a lie . no testing / ultrasound or xrays , bloodwork was performed here . Yet kaiser has the audacity to still bill me for this USELESS VISIT When I respectfully asked if another physician could evaluate me, I was told that I would need to be discharged and check back in, which was frustrating because they weren't going to check me back in which they directly told me ! I repeatedly expressed concern about my symptoms and asked if anything could be done to determine the cause of my condition. I was practically pleading with them and was emotional I was told that because I was not experiencing a life-threatening emergency, there was little else that could be done. While I understand emergency departments must prioritize critical cases, I left feeling unheard and without any answers. I was ultimately forced to seek care elsewhere. I went to Exer Urgent Care in West Hills, where I was evaluated and diagnosed with shingles. NOT COMMON FOR A 26 yrs old . Prior to that, I had only been advised by them that I had a swollen lymph node. I also have an issue with documentation in my medical record stating that I threatened legal action. I informed staff that I intended to file a complaint regarding my experience, but I did not threaten a lawsuit. I never had experiences like this at Kaiser facilities I previously visited, including Panorama City. Going forward, I will never come to this location again and will stick to porter ranch location or panorama city , they have such caring nurses and doctors !!! I DO NOT recommend this facility. Workers here have very careless attitudes and are rude !

Dr. Ryan Shanannan was thorough, professional, and reassuring. On 2 South, Mae, Crystal, and Paige were exceptional--caring, knowledgeable, and clearly dedicated to their patients. Now, unfortunately, the complete opposite experience: Elliot from the ER phone line. Rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I asked a straightforward question about possibly speaking with Dr. Shanannan. Instead of listening, he repeated the same irrelevant line about not giving out the doctor's schedule--which I never asked for. It was either a lack of comprehension or a lack of effort--neither is acceptable. When I asked to leave a message, I was told "we don't do that." No explanation. No alternative. Just a dead end. When I confirmed his name, he responded with attitude. When I asked his role, he refused to answer altogether--which raises serious concerns about transparency. Patients shouldn't have to question who they're speaking to when trying to get help. For someone in a frontline role at a hospital, basic communication and professionalism should be the bare minimum. Instead, the interaction felt dismissive and borderline disrespectful. It's disappointing, because one person like this can easily undermine the trust built by an otherwise excellent medical team. The hospital clearly has many outstanding professionals--Elliot is not one of them, clearly Elliot does not have human kindness.

Each person brought something unique to our family's experience. Olga was a source of comfort and reassurance whenever I felt overwhelmed and needed guidance. Eric showed extraordinary patience and gentleness with my brother, even on the most difficult days. No matter how challenging the situation became, he treated him with kindness and respect. Randy had a special way of connecting with my brother and earning his trust. When my brother wasn't listening to the rest of us, Randy somehow always knew how to reach him. Heather, our social worker, helped guide our family through difficult decisions and conversations with compassion and professionalism. Her support during an incredibly challenging time was deeply appreciated. Beyond providing excellent medical care, these individuals supported our family through an incredibly difficult journey. I told the nurse my concern; he said the doctor would be coming back. Dr Triveti (partial owner of the facility) never came back. There's also things like the privacy and other signatures . I am pretty sure one said they would use any photos any was they wanted--it was a release. I signed those in an exhausted state after 1 1/2 days of pooping and liquid diet. I filled out a lot of papers online before the colonoscopy. Why couldn't they have sent me links to review the information BEFORE the day of the procedure? No informed consent of any kind. Very suspicious. Here was my choice when they said they were ready for me: 1. Not doing the procedure after 1 1/2 days of pooping, liquid diet, and 2 nights of no sleep. 2. Just sign everything, and get it done. In my exhausted state, I chose the second. I have been having pain since the colonoscopy. Severe cramping, especially the next day. It wasn't until I spoke to the nurse, that called the next day, who told me why. Apparently they had to push the camera/scope in with extra pressure. Why didn't someone tell me this right after I woke up from the procedure? Four days later, that I am still having pain. I was going to give one star, but I gave an extra star for the helpful nurses.
