The photos attached are the most dramatic areas of improvement, but even in the kitchen counters and cabinets that looked decently clean to me before, are now absolutely spotless and look brand new! But the owner, Patricia, promptly texted me to let me know it would take longer and therefore cost closer to the higher end of the quoted range. She even offered to skip a few rooms in the basement if I preferred to stay more within budget. Her flexibility, professionalism, and understanding really impressed me!
