The next day after he cleared the clog out for me in my house . Alvin and Wyatt showed up . Did an inspection, answered every question I could possibly have. By the end of that conversation, we had called Tiffany up on the phone, and got a prorate at a good price with good APR, and the loan was approved . Alvin, wyatt, and Tiff made my day an took so much weight off my mind. Alvin explained everything down to a science Wyatt went over everything with me and reassured me and Tiffany found the best rate possible for me and was reassuring as the loan came in to verify every detail of the job that would be taking place. But these guys just didn't want to take the time to figure out the problem and fix it. Needless to say, I was able to find someone else from a smaller local service that pinpointed the problem ordered the parts and came back to install them for about 1% of the cost these guys wanted to charge me to replace my unit.
