Pigeons...I hate pigeons…read more.. Some may say that pigeons are cute and love the sweet sounds that they make. I, on the other hand, loathe pigeons. These flying rats found their homes under my expensive solar panels and little cubby holes of my home. That is bad enough, but the final straw is the amount of poop that they leave around my house. It's a lot...of poop...all around the house. Ick. There aren't many options when it comes to pigeon "removal". I found Diamondback Wildlife Control on Yelp and I scheduled an appointment with Rudy. He came to my home, inspected the situation, and provided me an estimate of repairs. This is not an inexpensive endeavor, but I'm happy to report that Rudy took care of my pigeon situation and my home is no longer Pigeon Poop Central. Rudy was professional, prompt and did what he said that he was going to do. I highly recommend Rudy and his company. They will be my pesky critter people from now on!

My renter alerted me to the possibility of a bird in the chimney…read more I called at 10AM on a Tuesday, and Josh was at the home same day. He extracted an adult mourning dove from the chimney. It was overheated, not moving, and likely dehydrated. My renters mentioned hearing it in the chimney for at least two days!! Josh cooled it down with water, and stayed with it until it was moving around on it's own. He moved it to a shady area, and about 15-minutes later, I watched the bird fly up into a tree. While here, Josh was even able to put a mesh screen over the chimney to prevent it from happening again. Very positive experience, and I would definitely call Josh again.

I don't have much experience with your typical Tucson wildlife and would like to keep it that way, but there were two stray cats in my neighborhood that I desperately wanted to trap and have neutered. I hired Quinn and Chelsea and hoped for the best. Perfect outcome! Cats were trapped, neutered and released so no more kittens to tempt the local coyotes or hawks. They came out three times every week until all the pest were caught. And instead of killing them, they took them out and released them into the desert. I spoke with Debbie at the local office. Apparently the problem was with the "800" call center. She resolved the issue immediately, corrected the misinformation given by the call center AND flagged my account so future calls go to the local office. So, between Debbie's amazing customer service and Juan's courteous and detail-oriented work as the Technician, I have resolved to stay with the company.
