While I was stressing out, I had the chance to meet the Bayada Marketing person and while she could not take on a personal pay situation for a very short time, she spent time to find me an infusion center in Tucson and contacted them on my behalf. We were out of there by 4:15, all because of her taking the time to find me a provider. Her name was Laurel and if she is an example of who Bayada employs, this is the place to go for your home health care needs.

She did not even mop the water off the bathroom floor after I showered, an obvious slip hazard for someone with reduced mobility. On top of that, I was threatened with Adult Protective Services when I brought this up. I have an elderly cat that is senile and sometimes misses the litter box. When I mentioned the worker not doing enough, that was brought into it, and the manager, Brenda, threatened me. I put in a complaint with the VA.
