The website says 3 days for a design time. Took more like 2 weeks. Granted they had a family emergency but there was no notice given. Once we finalized the design and wanted to order it was suggested we pick up trials. We were told they would be ready Monday, drove in from Reno only to find they were not ready. Ordered a portion of uniforms and paid for all socks on invoice. Then was charged again on second order for socks. Once uniforms were ready we picked them up only to find that socks were missing once back home. Had to have a grandparent pick up socks one week later. We're never told the socks were men's socks and not kids socks. I understand it's a small business but there were many mistakes. We paid $77 for uniforms and most parents complained of the way they fit not being the same as the trial. The owner said it was due to excessive washing on the trials. After all we got out uniforms but I would not order from here again. Not worth the headache read more

I ordered hundreds of masks from Lost Art Graphics for both my business and my husband's school. I loved them. On March 5th I ordered some custom colored masks for my first live event since my business had been shutdown and it was really important to me that I had certain colored masks for certain outfits at the conference that I was emceeing. We had several conversations back and forth about the size and I sent multiple photos. A month later, she told me that the had arrived but they sent the toddler size. I reminded her that timing was really important as I was leaving town on April 23. On Tuesday the 20th she messaged me that they were in. I live an hour away and asked her to ship them because I was so busy getting ready for the conference. Needless to say, they didn't arrive on time. They weren't shipped until the next day, and no effort was made to get them to me in time....not even priority mail which would have worked. When I asked about them on Thursday, she told me she had "no control over shipping" which I found sad and hilarious. The real kicker for me was that when I got home from trip I found them...the "emerald" one was a hideous shade of green and not even close to emerald. Plus, they were a full inch too small and don't even fit my son. Will be taking all of my business elsewhere in the future. read more

Dear Kristen, I'm sad and disappointed at the way you handled the order for DJ Trivia Nevada, and my wife Vickie. Your unprofessional attitude and complete disregard for the satisfaction of the customer really surprises me - and your response after the fact makes me wonder how you are still in business, yet I'm confident if you treat your other customer's orders this way, that won't last. People talk in a small town and business owners especially share experiences. Your reputation is everything in business, and wise owners do everything in their power to maintain a good one. Seems all you care about is being right and collecting money. Again, you won't last with this attitude. Since we have referred you out to so many other businesses, in addition to ordering hundreds of masks from you for our company (as you acknowledged in your snarky responses in messenger) we thought you would treat a custom order from a repeat customer with more attention and care. Instead you made excuses, blamed the postal service, and then absolved yourself of any responsibility when the order not only came after the deadline, but was wrong You're 100% correct you have no control over the postal service - which is why a responsible business owner would have taken the opportunity to be the hero and deliver the masks in person - we are less than 40 minutes from you. Granted they were still wrong (wrong color, wrong size etc) at least our attitude towards you and Lost Art Graphics would have been better - we would have felt like our order was important to you and you value and appreciate all the other business we have given you. Instead you short-sightedly say "I've delivered hundreds of perfect masks to you - I can't believe you are upset about 4" demonstrating your complete lack of understanding for the order and the customer. It's not the number of masks, it was the fact that we trusted your company to provide a product and (more so ) a service, but instead we got poor service, excuses, and immaturity. I'm sorry that we will not be using you again, and we will certainly not be referring you to any of our clients, business partners, and hundreds of customers in Reno, Carson city, Fallon and Lake Tahoe. I hope you learn from this and treat your other customers better. That's going to take a HUGE attitude change on your part. I don't think you are there yet, but I hope for your business's sake you get there quick. Businesses that last are customer relationship focused - you are all about the bottom line. You won't last. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Lost Art Graphics. I stopped by to see what this shop was all about and meet the owners and staff. I brought some projects that I needed done, to see their quality of work and to ask a couple of questions. The first thing I notice when I walked in was how clean and organize the store front was. It smelled nice and there was a great variety of music playing. It's has a very fun and upbeat vibe. I was then greeted by the owner Kristin and her Husband David. They were so incredibly friendly. I absolutely felt welcome in their store. I felt silly because I had about 100 questions about my print jobs and they were more than happy to help me. I took up a lot of their time and I never felt like I was being rushed or pushed out the door. They were very welcoming. My print job was absolutely nailed. It am very impressed by the quality of work and the prices are amazing. I will 100% be doing all of my shopping here. I also had them order me a couple of special order office supplies and they DELIVERED them to me!!! How awesome is that. I am a VERY busy person and they took the time to make sure that we got our order in a timely manner and I did not have to drop what I was doing to go pick up the order. I was a little bit skeptical because I read a couple of the bad reviews from a family on this page, but those are absolutely nothing like what I experience. These people are amazing and they deserve nothing but support from us and the community. You will not be sorry for supporting this small business and their awesome family. They really do go above and beyond for you and make you feel like a genuine customer. They were incredibly genuine and nice to me! Review check in! Hands down the best print shop in town. I have been working with this company since they were an in home/ home based operation and they will forever have my business. I am happy to say that service is better than ever their products are the absolute best. The store front upgrade is a big deal, you can walk in and get a lot of products immediately like prints and copies. Business cards only take about a day or so after the artwork is approved. I am incredibly impressed by how well the owners handle their work load and how responsive they are. It doesn't matter how many time we call they are still pleasant as ever. You won't regret this! They were finishing up one of their banners when I walked in so I decided to snap a photo. I also didn't see their store front logo on their page so I made sure to get it off of Google so that no one had problems finding their location and knowing what their store front looks like. 5 star review for a 5 star business read more

You're going to be impressed by the business. I continue to receive great, fast, quality service from them! THEY HAVE SOOOO MUCH STUFF. I am blown away by how awesome the storefront is and how friendly the staff is. I cannot say enough good things. I really feel like this business goes above and beyond for its customers which is almost unheard of now a-days. We have order several products from flags for our CanAm to jersey for our softball team and they never cease to amaze me. Lost Art graphics will continue to have my business and I will recommended them to all my friends and family. They are awesome people and they absolutely deserve the support for the local community with the effort and detail that they put into every design and project. I've done like 20 different orders through Kristin and David and they always come through!!. Kristin always comes up with amazing designs, and she is a great person to collaborate with if you have some ideas you want to come up with. I also can't say enough about her customer service. She is super responsive and even got my team a full set of jerseys in under 2 weeks before a big tournament. She even got me 2 different designs on a weekend while she was super pregnant.
