He even texted me before the Christmas Holiday to see when I would be coming to pick up the books, as they were going to be closed Christmas week. It was no problem. The Monday after Christmas I texted the owner to see if I could come by to pick up books, which I did. They did a great job helping me out. The…read morelarge outdoor sign they refurbished for us developed two significant cracks less than eight months after the original repair was completed. They failed to protect the paint adequately, and the damage was a result of their negligence. Despite this, they refused to repair the sign under warranty and wanted to charge us more than the original price of the refurbishment to fix the current damage.

I bought a few real estate signs last year from this shop that were done really well as new signs…read morego but after one was chewed up, I replaced the damaged sign with the second sign that had been indoors until I needed it. It was in the outside elements for just under 3 months before it started peeling. I took it back to the sign shop so they could replace the faceing (decal) and when I got it back, it came with patchwork, bubbles on top of the debris that were never fully cleaned or wiped down before the new decal was replaced. I'll be ordering my new signs from a professional online sign shop for now on where the signs will be Aluminum with screened on logos.
