However, at the end of that appointment, she told me she was too tired to finish my roots and asked if she could complete that portion at a later date. I agreed because I trusted her professional judgment. Two weeks later, I returned only for her to finish the roots that had been left incomplete. At that point, my hair could not tolerate any additional bleach. The blonde color had already been corrected, and the only thing remaining was a very small dark root shadow, approximately the width of my pinky finger, to blend with my natural dark brown hair as it grew out. I specifically showed her a reference photo and repeatedly explained that I did not want additional bleaching or changes to my blonde color. My hair required careful handling because it had already been processed and was fragile. Instead of performing the small root shadow I requested, she applied significantly more dark color than instructed and then attempted to remove it using bleach. That decision resulted in severe damage to my hair, breakage, loss of length, and ongoing treatments that I am still paying for

She neglected to address that I couldn't hear/understand WHY?! Very unprofessional in my opinion.
