The staff is taking care of everyone, the food is being made with care, and good food is worth waiting for. We were a little sad that we didn't get to try more of the sweet treats because several had already sold out--which, considering how good the ones we did get were, makes perfect sense. I can then decide if I want that item and what the charge is. Since neither were provided, I was surprised to see it on my bill. I did not question the charge, it was just deleted from the tip. I will probably return however this is a teaching moment, if you are going to charge extra for a client's request, tell them you are and what the charge is.
