First of all, it's very kid-friendly! Almost every family that walked in had small children. They have high chairs, crayons/coloring pages, and a kids menu. The kids menu deserves a kudos! I ordered the galbi jjim today, and it was so delicious. It came beautifully packaged, and everything is made with a ton of thought. The actual galbi itself is incredibly flavorful, and the meat literally breaks apart so easily. The side dishes were all pretty good, but some of them were more on the salty side. However, I like that they rotate their side dishes out so I can try new things. The salad dressing is really yummy too, and they're so thoughtful to include chopsticks, antibacterial wipes, forks, spoons, and knives. It's definitely on the pricier side (around $25 for the galbi jjim), but for how well prepared and yummy the food is, I don't mind at all. I love that Austin is slowly building up the Asian food scene, and DosiROK is somewhere you definitely have to order from if you're a fan of Korean food. I highly recommend!

Pork Chashu: The flavor of the chashu was good, but I found it a bit too fatty. I know chashu is supposed to be fatty but I think some of the fat could've been rendered down a bit. And the non-fatty portion wasn't tender enough for my liking. Braised Salmon: I liked the flavor overall, but it felt a little oversalted for me. Of course, braising adds a lot of flavor to any meat, but I felt like the flavor was lacking depth and just tasted salty. Still, I thought the value was great and overall packaging and quality was tops. Would definitely try again, but try some of the other dishes next time.
