Take out | $30-50 Every Thursday is pizza night for my family and I and we often try to try new pizza every Thursday however, LPC was so good last time we had them that we decided to go back. Well this time it wasn't all that good. The pizza triggered my trypophobia to the point I could not even eat this pizza. Not sure what happen this Thursday but I was really disappointed

My family and I have been eating Lost Pizza for years. Last night I ordered a pizza and it was so bad I called. The manager told me that she checked the pizza and it met Lost Pizzas' standards. She refused to remake the pizza. The pizza was over cooked and had barely any cheese.

Dine in was very good Problem came when we then ordered a to go pizza. Young lady said she'd bring it to our table. Fast forward 30 minutes..No pizza and we were only one two-top table out of barely 3 if that and they weren't being pummeled with a bunch of Door Dash or Uber to-go orders to process/cook/prepare. I walked to the counter. " Hey..what happened to our to go pizza? ". They other blonde girl's response " oh it was in a warmer bag ". * facepalms *. I thought to myself " so had we sat there an hour..would we even have gotten it while you all were screwing around? Seriously...Lost Pizza can you PLEASE employ more than just half/brain dead teenagers? PLEASE! This isn't the first time my family and I have experienced a pour or mediocre experience there across the past 6 years straight at this location. Manager....Get them to sharpen up! Pay attention. If you say you're going to bring a to go pizza to the customer's table...DO IT. Don't put it in a warmer/togo/delivery bag and just assume the customer will walk up reminding you of it and hope the pizza is still great n fresh n hot. You charge WAY too much for your pizza's to provide subpar togo- service. read more

Good food, good prices, good service, and also pretty good ambiance although they have no live music in their place. The pizza is not the best but I like it and often go there to buy it. Their workers behave well and practice good customer service. There are other pizza places better than them but not as convenient as Lost Pizza Company. I like this place! read more

Sorry to say but portions seem to have shrunk & they are a bit pricey. Hubby got a small pizza & I got a pasta dish, we both got water& bill was a tad over $38. Staff was very friendly though. Restaurant appeared to be fairly clean other than a few crumbs on booth seats read more

Uhhhhh lemme just say this.. The Otis pizza, hands down is the best I've had as far as meat lover pizzas go in the Jackson metro area. IMO. I've had it twice and both times were great. I did pick up and the service both times was impeccable. read more

Although I wasn't a huge fan of the pizza I got today (Hector's Taco Pie) the quality is there and their other pizza are amazing. Their crust is delicious and their Tamales great. I will continue to try different things and so far their quality has not changed over time which is good. Staff was friendly and frequently visited tables to ensure highest quality. Help me! I got so full till I was dizzy! I feel like I passed out and woke up again! You you need help finding the exit! Now I see why it's called LOST PIZZA COMPANY! Another great pizza place! Umm umm good! The ranch dressing is good enough to put in a glass and drink! That stuff is pure deliciousness! If you love ranch dressing on your pizza, you will not be disappointed! Pick a pizza... all are good. Customer service... good. Atmosphere...gotta be honest... the decor is right on point but it's time to expand this small jewel. Either get a larger place or expand. Outside tables would be really nice. It's nothing worst than to have my wonderful experience destroyed by a yelping kid 2 MILLIMETERS away from me...even if it's my own kid! Lol! Don't hate me people. When I eat pizza I like a little hula hoop space to expand my elbows a full 90 degree style outward! I'm from Mississippi! I don't eat my pizza with a fork! So yes, more expansion would be nice! You guys deserve a bigger place! A little live music SOME nights with a few cold ones with outside tables! Ya see where I'm going here? The bacon and sausage had a spicy flavor, and the mozzarella was thick and gooey. One bite and the cheese would stretch for days. The other two, the Pepperoni and Chicken Alfredo, were right up there, too. I like that the Chicken Alfredo tasted more like a pizza than not. It had all the combinations of a Chicken Alfredo pasta dish, but with the spices and marinara sauces, it was a sweet combination of both, but it was more of a pizza flavor, which I just loved. I can't leave off the Pretzel Bites; I liked that the cheese and mustard were mixed, bringing on a very favorable dip. Now I must tell you this: the pizzas are supposed to be a personal pan--ten inches with six slices. The hostess warned me these pizzas aren't your regular-sized personal pan. He was right. The pizzas are huge, the slices even bigger. It's a deep-dish pizza with layers of meat, cheese, sauces, and veggies. So you can order three like I did, or just order one and keep coming back, trying different pizzas, which is a great idea considering the place is so inviting. One more thing: You can eat inside or outside on the patio or the lawn with the large TV screen. It's a very relaxed place, and they have a band on certain nights. I can tell you for sure that the hostess, the food, and the ambiance make this place what it is, very inviting.

This Lost Pizza is the bomb!!!! I'm so glad this group came to Brandon. DELICIOUSNESS in every bite (favorite being the thick crust Lucille)!! Service couldn't be any better.
