I waited at home because I didn't have pants for work, but the delivery only just arrived. (10am) Now, as I go through my clothes, I've found items that don't belong to me mixed in with my laundry, and the blue Pottery Barn pillowcases I had dry cleaned have turned grey. While they offered a credit for the laundry service (not dry-cleaning), which I appreciate, it's not enough to make me return or recommend them.

The man said, "It's okay it's okay, we can do it. Don't worry about it." I am not sure if he meant that the fee was waived or something but the woman started speaking angrily in Korean, demanding to see the receipt and whether I paid for the hem or not. I was willing to pay for the hemming, but I felt awkward being in the middle of that. Also, it was $10 for a simple hemming. like literally just running a thread straight across the bottom flap of my shirt. I don't know how these services are normally priced, so maybe it wasn't as expensive as I thought it was.
