Location is nice. Staff was friendly over the phone. Clean space. Asked several times for more pressure. No change. It felt like he was rubbing lotion on my feet. My friend said the same. Her water was scorching hot, didn't change water when asked. We are not the type to make a fuss of anything because hey I get there's language barriers etc but this was really bad. I was really hoping for a good experience here, but unfortunately I didn't get that. The woman who gave me my "massage" applied absolutely no pressure. She rubbed my legs and feet as if she were gently applying lotion. I seriously receive better foot massages when I get a pedicure. The cost of a 60 minute foot massage here is $45, which I consider to be on the higher end. My friend and I opted to get the 40 minute foot massage instead, which is $33. If you've ever had a foot massage, you know that they don't only massage your feet. They give pretty much a clothed full body massage. This did not happen here. It was a true foot only massage, minus a couple of minutes of lightly brushing fingers over my legs. While the "massage" was happening, the towel was removed from my eyes by another massage therapist, asking if I wanted to add a back massage for an additional $12. I was also asked at the beginning of my massage if I wanted to add cucumber oil and/or a scrub for an additional $2 each. At $33 for a 40 minute foot only massage, where most places charge $30-$35 for 60 minutes, I'm being asked if I want these "extras" which to me are actually standard, for an added charge. It's ridiculous. On top of this, they charge an extra $1 if you use your credit/debit card to pay for the service. Overall, the foot massage is amazing but the body massage part of the combo massage was so strong, my husband said the same. I felt pain in my shoulder the next day and my husband said he was sore in his back for 4 days. I feel some kind of gown would be needed when I had a body massage. I am not a native English speaker and almost all the people who work there also are not a native English speakers. They need to speak more clearly. The moment I walked in I could tell that this was far superior to any other place that I've been. The way the interior was designed was very professional very good taste it put me at ease right a way. The aroma that filled the air was fresh and clean. Horrible experience. This was not a massage. It was pure torture. The massage therapist laid on my head several times and shoved my face into the table. It felt like she was trying to crush my skull with her body. At first I thought she was doing this on accident. They don't seem to speak English so I tried to communicate with gestures that she was seriously hurting me but it didn't matter. It was so painful it felt like she was intentionally trying to cause me as much pain as possible. I have a severe headache, my face hurts, and my neck is a mess. Her nails dug into me and she pressed directly on my spine. I left in tears. I've had hundreds of massages and I have never had any massage therapist do any of these things. The only reason I stayed as long as I did was because it was a couples massage and my husband works very hard and he really needed this massage. I tried to tough it out for his sake. They claim to open at 10 am on weekdays; once again, I arrived a little after 10 am, and the place was closed. I waited for them to arrive and open; they finally opened at 10:15 am. I went in to get a 90-minute combo massage like I have done many times before. All of the previous times it was a 30-minute foot rub and a 60-minute body massage totaling $80. I did notice that the normal guy and girl that ran the shop was not there. The older man in charge looks at me and then says okay, and I start the Foot Rub part for 30 minutes. First of all, I requested a female massueise and was told the females were busy. So afer the old guy finished my massaging my wife's feet, it was my turn. Again, I requested a female masseuse but was denied and the old guy started massaging my feet. I never had a man massage my feet before so it was a very weird experience for me. In the middle of massaging my feet, the old man abruptly stops, and moves to chase down some white guy leaving the spa. I thought he had stole something. Come to find out he decided to leave because he didn't want to wait. The old guy was calling him and shouting at me as if he stole something. He came back to finish my massage disgruntled and upset that he lost this white guy's business while simultaneously getting rough with my feet and legs. Me and my wife were in disbelief. My wife raised the question while he was chasing down the white guy: "Did he just leave in the middle of my husband's foot massage to chase after him?" Meanwhile, the female masseuse was massaging some other white guy in the room who was making loud grunts and noises as if he's getting jerked off or something, Finally, after finishing my massage I went to pay out, and after paying out, the old man came in my face aggressively DEMANDING A TIP???? He lucky I actually paid full price or at all. In a nutshell, after fearing losing his beloved white customer, he lost at least 3 customers that day. ARE YOU DUMB??? We have suspicion at this location of disturbing Happy Endings & Human Trafficking due to our experience. His unprofessional service, the loud obnoxious grunts from the white guy in the massage room, and their anxious behaviors towards us fuel this suspicion.
