Delicious. Very good lo mein I devoured it. Taste was on point, I asked for the added broccoli. Flavor was exactly as a a Lo mein should be. The chicken was REAL chicken breast I could taste the texture and it was not chewy or how chicken thighs are. Good job! the shrimp roll did taste very good, but it was a little oily. I would say it tasted almost nostalgic, and that this is the flavor that I think of when I eat a shrimp roll -I've never been here before, but I will happily return. The only thing I am taking a notch off for is that the bathroom wasn't open to the public and the place does need a little ambience. I tried telling these Chinese restaurants all the time if they made the places look better when you're sitting there waiting for your food, it would attract more business. read more

Seriously, we just finished the most delicious meal. I have been feeling guilty about not ordering Chinese food since the Coronavirus but who would not understand? Horrible! Ordered on DoorDash- we ordered a boneless sparerib combo plate with white rice and extra sauce,wonton soup, and chicken and broccoli. The combo plate comes with an egg roll.... They sent a shrimp roll, which my husband is allergic to and bit into. Instead of spareribs with extra sauce, they came without any sauce. The chicken was inedible- hard, stringy, and chewy. Terrible. There were chunks of unidentifiable hard bits in the wantons. We tried to call, but they hung up on us. The worst meal we have ever had, that could've killed one of us... and they hung up on us. read more

Best in this area! This is our regular place and the food is always fresh and tasty. You can see into the kitchen and it's very sanitary and everyone wears masks. one of the nastiest experiences at a take out restaurant. We order from there once in a while, not the greatest but its okay. last week we ordered pork fried rice, among other things. When i got home i discovered the pork was very undercooked. i returned to the restaurant with the rice and showed it to the woman behind the counter, who is always there, probably an owner. She quickly went to the register and slammed money on the counter. i told her my wife is pregnant AND hungry, and would like another , more well done. she said in her broken chinese english, "NO YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE." Probably they worst Singapore Mei Fun I ever had. The vegetables and meats were overly salty and the rice noddles were under seasoned. Also they forgot to include the free egg roll that was included with my order for speeding a certain amount of money. Do not order food using Yelp from this restaurant! My boyfriend and I placed an order through Yelp and waited a very long time (hours) and our food never came. We called the store to ask if it was coming and they claimed that they don't take orders from Yelp even though the money had been taken out of my boyfriend's bank account. Then we called customer service from Eat 24 to get a refund and the nice women called Lotus Garden, then told us that they do take orders from Yelp and there had been a miscommunication and that they would get our food to us in less than 30 minutes. Then the woman from Lotus Garden called us asking what kind of soda we'd want and we told her. About 15 minutes later she called back again and told us she decided to close the store and cancelled our order. WTF! The staff was really friendly. Very clean establishment. Our food was prepared quickly. I had the general tso's tofu. The sauce was really good. Unfortunately it was over cooked. Each cube of tofu was hollow. The only thing left was the flour shell. I am so sad about this because otherwise I'm sure the dish would have been perfect. I posted a picture of it. (Went up there to see a long haired guy mixing the chicken, hair loose and hanging, no hair net or pulled in a band nothing)!! DUSGUSTING!! They've double charged my credit card a couple of times! When I went there the wife who he should leave Home! She thought it was funny that hair was in their food & cursed about the dbl charges. I guess they do it often! Got egg roll, chicken on a stick and pineapple fried rice. Egg roll was very thin and small, dry, had very little taste to it-very unsatisfying. Chicken on a stick was tender and juicy, however, pretty salty. Pineapple fried rice was white rice with pineapple chunks, shrimp, and chicken-very blah tasting. Nothing to brag about. We were in the mood for Chinese and our regular place was closed. Decided to try delivery from Lotus Garden. Went to the website, placed the order and paid for it through PayPal. After an hour and 20 minutes called to to get a status update on my order. The person who answered the phone was rude from the start and told me they were too busy for deliveries. I asked about a refund and was told to go through my credit card company, then they hung up on me. I tried to call back and there was no answer. Tried from a different phone and still no answer. Now I have to go through PayPal and who knows how long that will take. I understand about being to busy for deliveries but then they shouldn't be taking orders for delivery online. There was no need to be as rude as they were and should have offered a refund instead of making me go through PayPal. Would have been nice to have a back up restaurant for Chinese but it won't be Lotus Garden. read more

Something they offer that I haven't seen other places is plain lo mein noodles with only sauce but no meats or vegetables -- I sometimes order in a large batch and mix with whatever vegetables and/or meats I feel like over the next couple of days for low-effort custom lo mein. read more
