It's usually a surprise, though some places will share with you what you're getting. I'm guessing that I tried the jerk chicken, which came with a side of corn, mashed potatoes, and a Hawaiian roll. The chicken was good, perfectly flavored and tender. The corn was good, and can't go wrong with a Hawaiian roll. The texture of the mashed potatoes were great but the taste was very sour ): I couldn't tell if they went bad or they used sour cream and maybe used too much. Overall, I'm glad I got to try them out and would try them again.

Her and her mom (Mama Mojo) were at their booth happily chatting with customers and providing samples. They sell pickled carrot sticks, green beans, papaya (atchara), and a variety of flavored pickle chips. The pickle chips are round shaped brined cucumbers that have a snappy, crisp crunch. I bought the original dill chips. Ohhh... great crunch, good combo of salty and sour... perfect "dilliness". No need to look that word up in the dictionary, I made it up just right now. Clean taste without the added junk. Mojo is sold at some local brick n mortar shops ... in Sacramento they are at the Blue Diamond nut & gift shop, Allspicery, Sacramento Food Co-op to make a few.
