I'm 38, almost 39 and the past couple of years I started to notice a little bit of sagging and fullness in my neck and super loose skin on my upper eyelids. It's been difficult to apply makeup on my eyes the past couple of years. What I liked about facetite is it tightens the neck as well as my lower face and I definitely had fullness in my lower face. Procedure day was great! I took some Valium to help me relax. Dr. Liu carefully marked me and made sure I knew what he was going to do and that I was happy with the plan. Numbing me up was the worst part, but even so, it was completely tolerable, especially with the Valium on board. He was gentle and took his time and after just a couple minutes I was numb and then felt no pain the rest of the procedure. He had some good music playing, I was able to talk if I needed to and he made sure to check in with me throughout the treatment. When we were done his extremely kind and knowledgeable assistant put a compression wrap on me, and then I was on my way home. When I got home I started icing and kept my head elevated. I took two doses of pain meds but honestly I probably didn't even need it. The next morning I woke up with zero pain, unless I touched the treatment areas. But I'm on day three and haven't needed a pain med, except for that first day. I only have three tiny sutures for the facetite. One behind each ear and one of the chin. My neck is SNATCHED and my eyes are like they were 20 years ago. No more wrinkling when I put on eyeliner or creasing of my makeup as the day goes on and I'm so happy with this whole experience. I had noticed the start of a sniffle and a slightly sore throat when I tried the Eucalyptus shower tablet, and it cleared it all up, sore throat and all. I was amazed! I'm planning to go back to get some more to share with my Mom and other loved ones. There's a little table to the right where you place your shopping bags (if you have any from the market or food court). They also have hand sanitizer for you to use before entry. I visited on 3.6.2022 around lunch time. There were 2 ladies at the counter, none of whom greeted me. As they talked, I walked around looking at products and they did not at any time come out from behind the counter to ask if I needed assistance. I was disappointed that they did not have much product in stock. I suppose the whole covid thing may have something to do with delayed shipments and whatnot, but it was sad to see some empty shelves. After looking over everything, I walked out buying 2 things. When I got up to pay, I asked one of the ladies if they had any products from their Snail line or the sunsticks. She replied, "We're all out of those." And with that I paid and left. She wasn't very friendly and made no attempt to check on when they would be getting them. Both wigs were supposedly the same brand and model, just different colors. But, lo and behold, after the wash, it became super clear that one of them definitely wasn't human hair at all! It was such a letdown after thinking I'd snagged two amazing units. Naturally, I headed straight back to the store, hoping they could help clear things up. I explained the situation to the guy out front, expecting some sort of solution. Instead, he just told me I'd have to take it up directly with the company, either by calling or emailing them. I was pretty confused and asked again, just to make sure I understood, and he basically repeated that he couldn't do anything to assist me. Honestly, it was a huge disappointment.
