He was able to provide a plan that was very reasonably priced and suited my needs. When I needed to file for a claim, he made the process very smooth and easy. Towards the end of my coverage, another representative Barbara Nugent reached out to me to make sure I was covered by the right type of insurance. Even after I cancelled the insurance and was no longer a client, Barbara still went the extra mile to assist me. I felt that she really cared about her clients, even after they canceled the coverage.
