The automated blood pressure cuff gave an obvious wrong reading and I asked her to take it manually. She responded with," I don't do that" and walked off.

This led to the provider retaliating by threatening to terminate my care. Getting lab results may not be the clinic's fault, but poor communication and bedside manner is. When I called the lab directly, my results were actually finished the day prior, and were not sent out until I requested them. I will not be back or recommending this clinic to anyone.
