Came in on a weekday morning. My friend and I came without making an appointment and were able to get seated fairly quickly. It was my friends first pedicure so he was a little nervous but the nail tech doing his feet was very knowledgeable and considerate to his requests. My pedicure was fine. We both got the European one for $65-70. I think in comparison to other salons I've been to, I've seen more bang for your buck elsewhere. This pedicure didn't have anything special about it which is why the cost was surprising. If coming for a pedicure here, I'd recommend sticking with the basic pedi. I'd consider coming back for future pedis when I'm back in town! read more

TERRIBLE never going back it was very unprofessional and the standards/cleanliness wasn't followed or up to par she used to the same stick and kept putting it back in the wax pot which is very unhygienic aside from that the wax itself was terrible i've been waxing very consistently now and never felt any pain this time was different it was very painful and uncomfortable i was swollen down there for about 2-3 days and on top of that had an out break of pimples which never happens down there i have scabs STILL healing and still have certain spots that are still swollen and in pain when it came it paying she said it was going to be 75$ when on their website it said 65$ not sure what thats about i will never be returning to this place ever again read more

Got right in which was nice. Tina did a fantastic job on my nails but Don's pedicure was one of the most painful I've ever had. Way too much pressure on my shin bones even when I told him it was a little too intense. The towels were scratchy and he vigorously dried my legs so that hurt too. I made an appointment a week in advance for just my eyebrows. I got to my appointment 10 minutes early. I wasn't seated until nearly 45 minutes after my appointment and still hadn't been touch for over an hour. I never got my eyebrows I ended up going somewhere else who could take me right away ! I asked for a French tip for my manicure. Firstly, the process of getting my cuticles pushed back and trimmed was unnecessarkly rough and caused a couple of my fingers to bleed around the nail area. Secondly, when my nails came out messy, uneven, smudged, and with cotton fibers mixed in with the polish. When I went to the front desk and said I was not pleased with it, I was offered to have it redone by the same technician. I said I did not want my nails done by the same person that produced the first manicure but I was not listened to. Instead the nail technician came up to me and brought me back to a chair, redid four of my nails, and left two of her other clients without explanation. When the technician was finished the lines were cleaner but they were still smudged and too thick for an appropriate French tip. If the technician couldn't do the French tip, that would have been fine. I could have done a regular colour or just forgone the manicure. Since I was still unsatisfied I stated as much to the receptionist. She said she would give me a $5 discount. I said I didn't want this discount, I wanted to not pay for a service that wasn't satisfactory and that I didn't agree to have my nails fixed in the first place, I just wanted to pay for my manicure. She kept cutting me off and said "This $5 is out of my own pocket, I'm doing you a favour." That's great but it shouldn't be up to the receptionist to make that call or put up their own money. Further, if I am consistently dissatisfied, I should not be made to pay for it. I said as much and she said I already had my nails redone so I have to pay. I said I didn't want to have my nails redone and it doesn't make sense to have the technician that did it the first time redo my nails since they're liable to do it the same way. She said it was a policy they had, and, "You know I can call the cops on you, right?" I absolutely should've called any of my police friends but decided it wasn't worth the hassle. At this point I stared at her and payed, leaving. I will not recommend this salon to anyone and I certainly will not go here again. Thank you for the $5 discount, but that isn't what I asked for and I didn't want a favour. I wanted, quite simply, to have a reduction in price due to poor work. Pricey and one of the worst pedicures and gel nails I have ever had. Once I got out of salon and looked at my toes, they were terrible! Uneven nails, polish on my skin and pinky toes half done. The worst manicure I have ever gotten. I'm not from Bismarck but was there for my sisters bridal nail appointment. I have never had anyone touch my skin so much with the gel polish and then use the light. I was optimistic that they would clean it up when done but instead they tried to send me on my way. I pointed out multiple fingers 5+ between both hands where I had gel polish on my skin and requested it be cleaned up. I ended up doing it myself with their cuticle cutter. It was just horrible. I went today to get a fill and a pedicure. The gal who did my pedicure was rude and when I told her what color I wanted she said" it's too light" grabbed another color and put it on. I had worked all day and was not in the mood to say anything. She burned my toes twice with the lamp to dry my gel on my toes and smudged the gel by doing so and didn't fix it. Again, should have left then, but I didn't. On to the fill- I showed her two colors- glitter and a blue acrylic that I wanted mixed. She said "no". She then proceeded to do just the blue and then added a glitter on top, which disappeared when she filed it down. My nails and toes look awful. She was so rude and didn't listen to me. Went in on a Sunday with my daughter in law. We both paid 70$ (including tip) for a pedicure. By Wednesday her polish was already chipped and coming off -and this was gel !!! Called them and they refused to reimburse but did offer to repaint. We just did not want to go back. The workers also jabbered the entire time in the their native language and acted like we weren't even there. The water for our feet was way too hot and we had to ask repeatedly to have it cooled down. Not worth the money -would not recommend! read more

Too bad Yelp makes you even give them a star before writing a review, would do zero stars if I could. I was there with a bridal party for a wedding that was the next day. I will say that our nails turned out just fine and will look great for the wedding, however the customer service was absolutely awful. The bride selected a nail color and after one coat decided it was much too light (basically clear). She spoke up and he was incredibly rude when she expressed wanting a different color. He stated that she had already put them under the light and "what is he supposed to do now? You said that was your final decision." He even ignored her the first few times she asked to see the book of colors again. He wouldn't let it go and the bride began to cry...to which he responded "Are you crying? I can't have a girl crying in my chair this early in the morning." He continued to explain why the bride was wrong for the entire nail appointment, it actually became comical how a person could be so rude. After nails were done I went to pay for mine and when asked how my experience was I told him that mine was fine but the brides was awful. I told him what had happened and he seemed disgusted I would say anything of disapproval. He offered no apology, no discount or anything. I told him that I believe she deserved money off or a gift card for the poor service and he said he couldn't do that because he needed to hear both sides of the story. While visiting in Bismarck, I searched for a place that offers "SNS" nails and this place is one if not the only place in town that does. It offers a different brand than SNS, but nevertheless, the service was great and they know what they're doing!! I had Tommy and he was great. The whole process was just under an hour including take off of the previous color. They charge extra for that, $5, which is silly, hence the 4 stars. The total charge was $45-50. I didn't receive a pedicure but they had numerous chairs. I'll definitely be back! read more

Very disappointed in my the gel pedicure and the dip manicure I received. The polish on my toes was uneven and there were parts of my nails that weren't even painted and several other parts where I could see through the polish. I was also very disappointed in my nail dip. She left color all around my nails and on my finger pads. She also grinded down the dip where you can see my fingernail through the dip polish. At times the grinding was burning my fingernails and my nails were very sore the rest of the day. Additionally the dip doesn't cover my entire nails and I can see the edge of my nail all the way around. I expected a lot more for spending $100 and will not be going back. read more

Unfortunately I gave them a 2nd chance after 2 years. Today I was told I was supposed to tell them that I don't want my nails roughed up, despite me already telling them I don't want polish with mani. Every staff member came over to tell me I'm the only one who has ever not wanted polish with a mani. Pedi was ok, I brought my own polish this time. Hygiene appears adequate. Previous pedi experience involved asking for non gel option- being told there was only gel- then sitting through the incredibly painful experience of them removing the wrong color (fire engine red rather than the light pink that I selected). I told them how painful it was, and was told "well, there's no blood!" They then offered non-gel option. My toenails were never the same. And I was still charged full price! They wipe down chairs between clients and use disposable bags in pedi bowls which is nice for ensuring proper hygiene. Polish for toes stays on forever. read more

Shape, file, and color were not what I asked for. Nails have a powdery look and specks of glitter which I did not want. You can see through the color because the coats were not thick. I asked tech to fix that shape and she said it would be too hard to do. I will not return or recommend to others. I went here for the first time last friday less then 24 hours later i had a huge chip come off my nail. I had gel applied so this should not have happened espically not so fast. Great nail salon keeping up with all the nail trends the best they can. I found the prices reasonable for the area and they did good quick work. For me, being able to get in and out quickly with a good job is priority for me and they did that. I see some people were unhappy with their services and every technician is not equal. I had a male, I did not get his name, but he was great. As far as the prices, I am not sure where people are going for cheaper, because I have been to them all and they are all about the same price... which is expensive compared to other parts of the nation. The atmosphere is great. The front desk is a primary English speaker for those who have a hard time understanding English with a Vietnamese accent. I know some people hold customer service and verbal niceties high and I think it's always important to remember that the primary language is not English for some of the technicians. From someone who speaks multiple languages, I know I can come across less than nice when I am grasping for how to say a certain word in my secondary language. Overall great place! First time I came, terrible experience. Decided to give it another shot and regretted that choice also. I have been getting DIP SNS nails for years now. The color I picked wasn't even close in resemblance to the color they put on me. I was horrified. The swatches don't match the colors you will end up with, so prep yourself. They decided to put gel polish on top of my powder (which to me defeats the purpose entirely). They wouldn't admit to any error on their part, but instead blamed me for my choice in color (and charged me for the dip nails instead of gel prices anyways). I pick colors based on the samples provided and I expect them to be the same (at least close)-- otherwise what is their purpose??? Left with no top coat on my nails, color remnants on my fingers, tech didn't offer lotion, say goodbye, nothing. It's unfortunate cause this business is so convenient in location, but my search for a quality salon will have to continue on. read more

Nail technician spent no time giving me what I would consider an actual pedicure. They essentially soaked my feet in hot water, spent one minute on my cuticles and gave me a polish change...and that was about it. Spent zero time scrubbing my feet, removing dead skin or massaging. When I asked him to touch up the polish on the tips of my nails he was flippant and did not fix them. There was polish on my skin, too. DO NOT GO HERE! I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. Worst nail experience EVER! The girl who did my toes Tammy was very sweet and nice and did a good job. But then they had a man (wouldn't give me his name, tall thin Asian man) do my nails since I wanted the dip powder. I showed him a picture and asked for pink to white ombré. He said he could do it. When he started shaping my nails I told him I liked the length and shape they were and wanted to keep it, which is a rounded off square. He ignored me and started shaping into a sharp square that was higher on one side on almost every nail. I asked him to make it more of a rounded square and then he started filing my nails down muttering "O my God, so picky." Well yes I am paying $60 for nails so I think I deserve to be a little picky. I smiled and laughed and hoped he was joking and asked again for the rounded square since he was ignoring me. He threw the file at me and said "you fix it then." So I showed him on one nail what I meant and then he really quick basically pretended to file the others and told me I was rude and lucky he would even consider doing my nails. Said he has his own way of working and I should go somewhere else if I want to micromanage. I realize they do nails every day, but I was being nice and all I asked for was the shape I like and that no other nail tech has ever had a problem doing. Also, he did my nails in a tan to white horrible looking ombré. He obviously does NOT know how and he didn't even do the color I asked for even though I should him a picture. When I told the manager/owner (front desk white male as others have said) he just goes "O, well sorry. Your total is $120." No offer of a discount, no real apology, just stared at me with a slight smirk on his face waiting for my card.
