I had my nails done before leaving town for a wedding. I asked for medium length STELLETO nails, what I received was medium round nails...I would have been fine with even an Almond shape but nope straight up round! The man who did my nails was pretty rude as well, he was more interested in pushing me to fer Gel polish but I'm not one to pay extra for a polish. Then when he went to paint my nails he said "here now your polish will come off tomorrow"...I've never done gel and well 5 days later my polish is still the same it was when I left. Other than the less than desirable service I have a crooked fingernail and one that's way too large for my nail. I was so glad to get out of there. I won't be returning and I will encourage anyone I know to go somewhere else. Treating yourself is supposed to be enjoyable and relaxing not pushy and stressful!! read more

I came to get my nails done for New Year's Eve, I absolutely had a great time chatting and laughing with the people who worked there. I asked for Almond shaped nails from the man helping me, he said his name is NoNo, anyway While Nono was hilarious, he did a horrible job on my nails, and didn't bother to clean the nail polish up from my skin and a few nails are way smaller than the rest. I'm upset and still tipped. Needless to say I won't be returning. read more

My wife and I had pedicures here. It was my first pedicure, I guess I expected a little more, they didn't spend much time sanding down my "hooves" I have like leather feet. They spent quite a bit of time massaging my legs however and gave me dreadlocks in my leg hair that I had to cut out. Men's pedicures should be less expensive since they don't have to paint nails? charged the same as women's but mine was finished 10 mins sooner. The massage chair was great. The atmosphere was not very "Spa" like with the TV blaring wrestling and nail saws running. I guess I just expected a little more. read more

So disappointed. Recommended by a client of mine. After months of looking for a place I unfortunately chose this one. After asking for the cheapest/most basic nails they went ahead and used the most expensive stuff and told me after the fact. They wouldn't have said a thing except I noticed it was something different and asked them. So instead of $30 my nails were $45 THEN I sat down for a pedicure and all the techs were looking at me and snickering, not sure why but made me feel very uncomfortable. Pedicure was mediocre at best, guy painting my nails was sloppy. And finally I asked for my brow and lip to be waxed and was told "they didn't have time" even though there were 7 techs and they werent closing for over an hour.... to top it all off my total came out to $75 BEFORE tip.... I have never in my life paid more than $65 for mani/pedi and waxes all together AFTER tip. Unbelievable! read more

I used to like coming in, if I got Robyn. Otherwise a man who cannot paint a straight line, did a uneven job on my feet. He also left sharp little points on the edges of my toenails, which immediately cut into my toes - very painful. The edges he left under my gel manicure were also sharp and dug into my fingers. Doesn't seem to matter if I leave a tip. read more

Scheduled an appointment, had 2 walk ins get taken before me and when I was finally started with showed picture to nail technichian who said it would be no problem. Wanted a design on ring finger and matte nails for the rest, almost forgot to do the matte and couldn't do the design so put flower on my nail and said that's what she can do. Spent 47 dollars for nails I hate, because they look nothing like the picture I showed. Nail technician didn't speak and makes you feel unwelcomed. read more

I had a friend in town and wanted to treat her to a good time... Well this was absolutely the WORST experience ever!! As a business owner if you don't have time to give your client what the ask for to your best ability, then tell them that so they can make the choice to go somewhere else. Don't look at them as a QUICK WAY TO MAKE MONEY!!! That is exactly how we felt during our pedicures that lasted less than 20 mins. For $43 dollars I received a toe polish. Never massage my legs, scrubbed both feet once for callus, then literally painted them like my two year olds does when I let her play with the polish. They can't do designs to save their life!!!! And before you ask well why didn't you complain there... I did and they started talking and their language and said they were just to busy and this was how much I owed. So save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. read more

My daughter came in for a manicure before leaving for college. The girl that did her manicure was extremely rude to her. She was also really rough. When my daughter said "ouch" the girl glared at her! Very unprofessional! I don't go to this type of salon and my daughter definitely won't be back! read more
