I hope to caution anyone looking for a nail salon specifically for acrylics. I would give my first visit three stars, and this second visit zero. A new set with tip ran me $72, and I regret every penny. I came in with a photo of a previous set I had gotten last year, (photo attached) and asked for that same almond shape and length. The woman who started my nails said that was fine. Throughout multiple steps, I let her know that some of the nails looked skewed to a side, but she said it would be okay. I kept letting her know, her response was filing them down more to the point that many of my nails are short with a cone shape from the harsh edges on each side. At the end, I let her know that if continuing to file them down even more was her solution instead of changing the worst four nails like I had been asking, I'd rather just have the set taken off so I could at least wear press-ons. At this point, I was changed to another man's desk where I gave him the same actionable points about which four nails to fix, and then sat and waited again. He redid three nails for me in a rush while answering at least 4 phone calls. The nails he did are far thicker than the originals, and the nail polish that the original woman sanded off the sides of each nail were left rough. Well ive been there a few times there only nice and polite when you dont have a problem then the owner gets very upset and I had to have a hole hand redone the owner became rude and snotty to me even after I said I would pay for it but my nails had waves in them and it wasn't my fault the owner seems to be the only one that makes any decisions in there and he is only nice when you dont have a problem he walked away from me after he finished my nails never said one word to me then and ill never go back he is a control freak you can tell by the way he talks and how he handles his employees not a nice man for sure just get him upset and you will see the real man .he and they act like they're work is perfect and there shell never be a problem, and if there is a problem we treat them badly read more

I will never return to this salon. The owner threw a fit when I asked him to sculpt an acrylic nail on my big toe which has no nail on it. It is humiliating enough that I even have a missing toenail from an injury during my childhood. He was disrespectful, and would not even try. His behavior is on camera so I hope he he replays it and learns a lesson. I have never been to a nail salon that can't do this. read more

I was very uncomfortable and didn't feel welcome here. I grew up with a Phillipino aunt and a Korean aunt. I am familiar with both cultures and tried to converse with staff as they were talking about Korean culture. I was ignored and no acknowledgment followed. I sat in silence the entire time. I live in Bend but take my dogs to Wilco in Redmond to be groomed. Didn't want to drive back to Bend and really wanted my feet touched and cared for. After dropping dogs off I drove to perfect nails. Called them in parking lot they had a no show and brought me in. First of all I noticed how clean the shop was. I was greeted immediately and asked to fill out a form making sure I was healthy. Sunny brought me to my chair and from there I can't be happier. He was incredible, my toes and feet have never had that kind of service. Thank you Sunny you made my year. read more

I'm completely sorry and sad that I even have to give this place 1 star. I called half hour before showing and asked if they were able to give me a PEDI and MY daughter a manicure, I was told to come by in 20 min, so I did. They were overbooked anyways and should have told us they were to busy. The work on daughters hands was horrible. She could have done a better job herself. Took 5 minutes to do!! The lady who did my PEDI (I should have read the reviews here 1st) was mean, angry, aggressive, rude, harsh!! She literally used a "cheese grater" on my heels and then soaked them in some liquid "magma". I said it hurt, she said its strong. I said ouch, she said its strong. My heels weren't that bad!! My heels hurt and are injured! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all!! read more

Made an appointment for a full set I waited 30 min until she finally got started when when she did she was trying to do whatever she wanted i asked for a black and red ombré and she replied with "pink and white is prettier" and i said i wanted red and black when she started cutting the nails i asked for a little bit of a longer length and she replied with "no to long doesnt look good" without asking me she went straight to coffin shape i said i wanted square and she gave me attitude and when it came down to actually do my nails she asked if I wanted regular black or a sparkly one i said regular and she used the sparkly one and to top it off 4 hrs after leaving because of how thin she left my acrylics it broke! read more

Having just moved back to Central Oregon after being gone for nearly 15 years I was not aware of the state law that requires customers to bring some of their own supplies with them when getting their nails done. When I told the gentleman that I was not familiar with said law he laughed and snidly said "You're probably not even from here, are you?" I love this place. It is always so peaceful and the owners are very kind. I typically get a pedi and shellac mani. They don't do as much as the callous removing as I'd like ... But they do an excellent job - the nails are always shaped well and even ... And the French manicure is flawless. I highly recommend this place. The husband and wife owners are so nice! read more

If I could give no stars I would. This wasn't my first visit to this nail salon, but I made the mistake of giving a second chance. I went in for a shellac manicure and my husband got a pedicure to prepare for a vacation. The woman who did my nails took of my shellac with a dremel (taking several layers of what were healthy nails with it). She even used the dremel to take off my cuticles causing me to bleed from over five fingers. I have never had a worse experience. She slapped on some new shellac and called my "manicure" (more like massacre) over. Now to my husband... the woman who did his nails should be ashamed. She cut every single toenail WAY too short. His whole experience was painful and his toenails are already growing into the side of his poor abused toes. Please for the love of all that is good, learn from our pain and go somewhere else for your nail care... seriously any place else HAS to be better!!! read more
