I just visited Lotus Spa and had an amazing massage. It's located right next to Blockbuster video. I read the reviews before going. I paid for my requested time first, but there was no mention of paying a tip in advance as others had said. They did charge a 3 dollar fee for using my card. The room i was in had a heated massage table, soft music playing and was very cozy. Overall the atmosphere was perfect. I had a great massage and she spent 5 minutes at the end massaging my scalp which I loved. I would definitively go back. read more

Do not go here. Such an awful experience. I got hour long massages for my girlfriend and I and it was a terrible experience. It would be zero stars if possible. They have a hard time speaking English which wasn't a big deal but it makes asking questions and getting answers impossible. They don't ask you or tell you about any treatments it's just a get what you get kinda place. The worst part is after the massage I'm waiting for my girlfriend and two of them corned me in the waiting room and literally demanded tips. My girlfriend isn't even out of the room yet but I'm being shaken down for a tip. How do I know you even deserve one before talking to the person you worked on? My friend and I went in to get a massage and all I can say the ladies who gave us a massage were too comfortable. At one point my private part was exposed. I Called in today 8/22/2019 expecting not to be able to schedule a Message. She asked how long a message i would like and i told her an hour. She said i'm scheduled but if i could be there in 10 min she could squeeze me in. I am so thankful she did . As soon as i arrived i was take back to a room. Very clean place. And very professional. This place felt a bit shady, dark rooms that felt like a old motel inside. compared to other massages I've had this one didn't seem very professional. I purposefully left my underwear on (don't always do this every time I get a massage but that is what I felt comfortable doing after feeling the atmosphere of the place), they pulled them down during the massage without communicating or asking if that was okay. My whole butt was exposed and I felt uncomfortable. my friend went with me and had the same experience, she is a massage therapist herself and they also exposed her and based on the massage she assumed they were not licensed. Would like to just give a warning to anyone thinking about going here to get in a same day massage might want to reconsider! read more

This place is shady. I waited over 30 minuets for my appointment. No one greeted me. Girls would come out of the back sweaty and out of breath guys would come in and be given a special menu. While men came in no one parked in there parking lot. I ended up leaving. read more

Do not go here! I called on a Saturday morning and was able to get in the same day. I schedule a 90 minute full body massage. When I arrived no other clients were there. I was asked to pay in full and tip prior to my appointment. (This is always a red flag in my opinion!) I was shown to a room and told to undress. Once in the room I looked around and there was no towel or sheet to cover myself with once undressed. I opened the door to ask for a towel or sheet and couldn't find anyone. I waited approximately 7 minutes to get a small towel that did not completely cover me. Once undressed, I lay there for another 5 minutes before the therapist came in to start my massage. She started the massage and literally did one shoulder for 30 seconds and said, "I'll be right back." I was abandoned in the room and no one returned until for another 5 minutes. At this point my massage should have started 20 minutes before. Once the therapist returned and was finally able to start my massage it was really weak, so I asked for more pressure. She then climbed on the table and proceeded to use her foot to massage me and walk on me. I have had Ashiatsu massage in the past and enjoyed it, but this overall lacked finesse and technique. Once she was done walking on me, she completely removed the towel from my body and worked on my glutes. There was no draping what so ever and I was cold. After working both glutes, she placed both fingers on my vagina and asked if I wanted massage. I declined. After that I was so uncomfortable, I did not enjoy the massage. She complete my massage on time, even though they had started 20 minutes late and I had already paid for a full 90 minutes. Do not go to this massage place! read more

My boyfriend and I were in desperate need of a massage. They were able to get us in within an hour of calling. We had our massages together in the couples room. Presentation of the room was very nice and clean. I asked for hard pressure, I prefer very deep tissue massages. My boyfriend asked for a medium pressure, he prefers Swedish relaxation massages. The style of massage they give at lotus spa isn't my preference. They don't spend time working on knots and adhesions in your muscles, though my therapist did had a nice deep pressure, this massage was more of a relaxation style massage with a bit of shiatsu. The therapists didn't speak much English, they were very professional throughout the massage, my therapist checked in with me quit often on pressure. A half hour in our therapists left the room and we weren't sure if it was over or what was going on. Our therapists returned with warm towels and hot stones. This was a very welcome addition to our massages because we were both very cold. They don't keep you covered with a blanket, you are simply covered with a towel and the tables aren't heated. When our massages concluded we were greeted outside the couples room with 2 tiny water bottles and mints/lifesavers. A pleasant experience though I doubt I will go back. read more
