It's not an exaggeration to say I think fondly of Lulu's within the first couple minutes of awakening every day! Thanks to a near-disastrous fall on my side in the ice and snow several weeks ago, I awoke each morning with such pain in my legs and back I could only shuffle about slowly with a cane. After enduring this for several weeks I got X-rays, visited my chiropractor, and was informed that I was in for a lengthy recovery. Not good news. I went online and discovered Lulua's downtown Bend, called, and showed up 30 minutes later for my first-ever full body massage by Lucy, having no idea what to expect. I certainly didn't expect to discover how sore I was all over my body, nor how quickly Lucy's hands and fingers found each and every sore point. What painful ecstasy! I still used the cane to leave the parlor, but by the next morning found that I could walk with only occasional use of the cane, and by two days was walking comfortably without using it at all! There is still some healing to complete, but such relief and comfort following my massage explains why I now quickly think appreciative thoughts upon awakening every day! Thank you, Lucy. Very skilled staff and easy to book. I struggle to book too far out due to hectic and unpredictable work schedule--so I appreciate how easy it is to book with LuLu. I'm sorry that their only review was from someone complaining about a tip. It's a fantastic hour, a nice building close to downtown, good value, and most importantly, a wonderful massage. New businesses deserve all the help they can get. I can't imagine posting something negative first-time review for a new place. I went for stress relief and got a 4 hands 2 hour massage. Yes, I was lucky! I enjoyed the relaxing setting and the women were very sweet and if I needed more work on a certain area or deeper work on part of my body, they accommodated. They were able to do deep work and lighter work too. They used hot stones and did a body scrub on me too. There were moments the women spoke softly to each other, which didn't bother me one bit- and of course they were talking about coordinating my massage. I felt like a weight lifted by the end of my treatment and felt very appreciative to them. read more

This place is a hidden treasure for massage. A little difficult to find tucked in among trees and a mixture of upscale and middle income houses. I've been here twice. First time was the owner and the second a young Asian man. The owner gave a trigger point massage as I have difficulty with my shoulders and neck. She polished of with a great foot reflexology massage. Second visit, I had the young man do deep tissue. All I can say is wow! He gave a great, deep massage; not painful, just great hands. My boyfriend and I had an amazing couples massage here! Got to be in the same room and was super relaxing. One of the better massages I've had. And they were able to squeeze us in short notice. Not to mention it was super affordable. Have paid double the price for massages that don't even compare. Would definitely recommend! Don't listen to these other Yelp reviews. THE BEST REFLEXOLOGY MASSAGE EVER! I prefer a firm massage, and my therapist is incredibly strong. Throughout my life, I've experienced numerous reflexology treatments, and most practitioners struggle to apply the depth I desire, but she does it effortlessly. She is fully engaged during the session, regularly checking in with me and concentrating on my preferences and any areas of my feet that may be tender, congested, or simply enjoyable to touch. This business is owned and operated by shady and unethical people. I painted a mural for Lulu last year and they refused to pay their bill once I was finished. The owner Al Oram told me all about his intentions to "bring over" the female workers to staff this massage parlor. I believe there are services that are unethical and illegal going on at this place of business. There are plenty of legitimate massage therapists in Bend to support other than this place. read more

Fantastic massage! I appreciate how they made an extra effort to fit in a last-minute appointment. The atmosphere was serene and clean. My massage was excellent; Kevin concentrated on my problem areas and kept checking to make sure the pressure was right. This is easily the best massage I have ever had! LuLu is the consummate professional. I am a very big man and always prefer a deep tissue massage. Most masseuses don't have the technique or strength to reach all trigger points for a good deep massage. She masterfully performed a perfect massage. I noticed that some of the early on 2023 & 2024 reviews were not a reflection of what LuLu Pure Massage & spa represents. The sap has come a long way from its early days. The spa has improved so much so that a second spa has been opened to service all of their customs. Jade spa is a true success.
