Made a reservation a week in advance and specifically requested Song to perform the massage but when we arrived Song was already booked for another person. The staff apparently doesn't have English as their primary language and they weren't very friendly when we arrived 10 minutes before our appointment time. ZERO STARS! Worst massage I have ever had in 20 years! The older man became upset because I was going to be paying with my debit card and not cash. He rushed through my hour massage using vinyl gloves and did not use any lotion or oil. They stated the massage would have an additional 10 minutes for a "special"and it did not have an extra 10 minutes. There wasn't any point to rushing through my massage because no one else was coming in. Now I understand why the place was empty. I was charged the fee plus the merchant fee which they are technically accountable for as a small business. I just shook my head in disbelief due to the horrible service. This place always comes through for me. I can get in last minute or with very little wait. This massage is a vigorous massage that really gets your blood flowing and moves the toxins out of your muscles. I come here when I am really sore and stiff from work and I leave feeling better. When they hit the juicy spots (buttocks and hips) it can be a little painful since they use their elbows but it hurts so good! You should know this is a clothes on massage and most of it is over a sheet. I really don't mind that since the pressure is so good (deep tissue). I'm sure they would adjust down if needed. I saw this location come up which is not massage but reflexology and acupressure. I stopped in on Saturday morning after another appointment. While I did not have an appointment it was sometime after 10am. The gal mentioned they have an appointment at 10:30 am but could take me after 11am. I said that works and I could wait. I did ask for Grace for service but did not get her as requested not sure if a communication issue or due to no show/late arrival. Noteworthy, unusual as a first time guest, no paperwork to complete. Definitely a first for personal service that there is not a request for paperwork or to ask if any injuries or area to focus on specifically, other than feet or back. Perhaps the 10:30am appointment was running late or something, the gal took be behind the hanging bamboo to have a seat and put my feet in a bucket of water. I opted for 90 minutes. Again, the service is not a massage. This gal has very strong thumbs and got out my kinks in my upper back and elsewhere that I did not realize needed attention. The area is open with other patrons receiving their service. It is as aesthetic as possible. I wish the table or chair was heated or a warm towel or hot stones applied before service, Again, not a massage so keep your clothes on but take off shoes and socks to put feet in water. The establishment does not offer military discount. I was unable to locate prices on their website. Plus there is a note unable to read it something about a surcharge for credit cards, not for cash. I am not sure if they take personal checks? Located next to Staples, easy to find and parking. Overall experience for first time perspective. The lady who did my service was Sunny and she was good. I would like to try service again with another reflexologist to see if experience would be similar. I will be back and update review and rating if necessary. Simple space, amazing service. I've been going to this spot for years and literally drool through these massages. As someone who enjoys a 5-Star spa experience from time to time, I found the less fancy and low key aesthetics to be more appealing. If you have high expectations for the building style, only English speaking masseuses, interior design etc., this might not be the spot for you. Not a lot of English but that could be expected at a legitimate Chinese massage place. I love the style and don't want to chat during a massage so it works perfectly for me. I decided to go next-door here while my puppy was happily playing at Dogtopia. I had a serious injury to my back when I was dropped onto the concrete and my tail bone was in excruciating pain whenever I laid down for two months afterwards. I know a muscle had seized up in my sit-bone area, and there was no cure for it except for extremely intensive deep tissue massage. When I saw happy feet, I didn't even think about my back because this place is for feet, right?. But what woman doesn't love a great foot massage or reflexology? It's like seven minutes in heaven! So I decided to treat myself. My masseuse is named "King", and when he heard about my back injury, he spent an hour working the knots out around my tailbone. Before then giving me a foot massage. "KING" WAS THE BEST MASSAGE THERAPIST OF ALL TIME!!! Omg, let me tell you, ask for him! He is not just a foot reflexology specialist, he is extremely in tune with the muscular structure of the body. It's technically not a massage but reflexology so you leave your clothes on and are in a room with other people getting reflexology but it is very similar to a massage in my opinion. Very skeptical of this place prior to my arrival, not due to their fault mainly because the last 3 massages I have had were terrible. After a long day of work, I needed this, something to really needed something where I can just relax and not worry. The massage was perfect from the foot perspective. I loved every minute of it and even fell asleep at certain points which normally doesn't happen. They offer organic oils, but I really don't mind non-organic oils. Fairly good price overall, $60 for a full hour. As far as the back, head, beck, arm massage part, I wasn't a big fan of the overuse of the towel thing. Just moved to the area from Los Angeles and was hoping to find a good Asian Reflexology Massage place here and WOW was I impressed! I've traveled and had some amazing massages in Hong Kong and other places; it's not easy to find same experience in the states. I was long overdue for a massage, my tech, whom I believe maybe the only male tech there, was SO GREAT! He knew what areas needed extra attention without me having to say, pressure was firm which I like but not too much where I couldn't take it. It felt clean and safe there too, don't let the outside deter you. It's an older plaza but it's relaxing and clean inside this place. Also with COVID concerns I wore my mask and the techs there wore theirs. When I came in, another client was just finishing up, although we were on opposite sides of the room and more than 6 feet away, we were only in the area together less than 5 Minutes and again, everyone is wearing masks. This place is so good!! I bought my husband a foot massage as he had sore muscles. He went for a 30min massage and they did it with an aromatic oil. They focused on areas that we wanted more attention and avoided injury prone areas that we informed in advance . Lot of places don't do the 30min massage , do only the 60min massage. Also the cost seemed reasonable to us than most places for a 30min massage. Will surely go there again and my husband has his new fav! New update : I tried the leg massage myself!! There is the feet massage that they do in the public massage room. There are comfortable laid back chairs with cushions where they do the feet massage. There is this soothing water flowing sound and some piano music in the background. I tried the leg massage in the private room, Grace did the whole legs with some reflexology as well as Light massage .. it was so soothing and I felt really sleepy. You can tell her the pressure levels too, if it's too less or too more. She was very attentive and asked what I wanted. Felt so good and I almost felt like I would sleep if I didn't keep talking !! I went to lucky feet for a work team bonding event. The back allows a group of 4-5 sit comfortably while the rest of your party needs to wait - so keep in mind to make smaller reservations. I've never had reflexology done before but this experience certainly made me want to try it again for a group setting!
