All I wanted was to receive the service I had already paid for and have it done correctly. A reputable business stands behind its work and takes responsibility when something doesn't go as planned. I did have to wait for 10 minutes past my scheduled time because they were running a bit late but the receptionist made sure to let me know instead of just making me wait. The assistant that took me back was also very friendly and did her job well. I finally saw the doctor and she seemed to really care about my problem. After listening to me she decided to send me for x-rays. Right after she receive my x-rays they scheduled me for another visit and treated me based on what they found. So now I want to say thank you to the staff of enchantment health for their professionalism and friendliness because that night for the first night in weeks I slept without pain.
