Overall Good. Overall, we had a good experience at SF. The food was good and service was decent. There was an issue with my daughter's kids meal. I spoke with the server and let her know my concern. The server spoke with the manager and said my daughter could get a new meal or her meal would be comped. My daughter did not want another meal so we had it comped. The good news is the restaurant did do something about my complaint. However, I think the manager should have come to our table and apologized for the mishap. To me that is excellent customer service, but that is rare these days. Overall food was good and I would return. It's in downtown Dublin and we enjoyed the "nicer" restaurant look and feel.

I wish I could give this a negative star review. Booked reservations at this restaurant in advance to enjoy a nice evening with my wife for Valentine's Day. We arrived a bit bit early (6:45) for our 7:15 reservation but they had plenty of seating available and we were sat immediately. We had our drink, appetizer, and meal orders in by 6:55 (as per printed on the receipt). The only problem was between that time and 8:37 we had only gotten our drinks, salad, and appetizer (which we only received our appetizer after asking the manager about it it around 8:00). By 8:30 I had watched several couples come in 30 minutes after us, order and receive their food before ours made it to the table. I finally had enough and decided to ask for the manager and let him know I was done waiting for food that wasn't coming and I wanted to settle my check on what I had received. This evening was one for the books and they lost my business for good. The kicker of it all too was coming in expecting a menu selection to find out that they changed the menu. They originally had a $125 menu for two which was at some point changed to a $95 menu for two. Which I must add was so subpar to the originally posted menu that we ordered just regular meals as opposed to their new proposed selection

My husband and I decided on Saltwater Fishery tonight for dinner, around 5p. Wasn't crowded, nice atmosphere. We ordered Calamari, our waitress Jessica, stated it was a little spicy. It was so tender, a mild spicy flavor, with an aoli sauce. OMG it was delicious! Then we had the Wild Caught GA Shrimp & Fried Fish, w/baked potato and coleslaw. It was very good as well! Jessica was an amazing waitress, pretty quick service without decreasing the flavor at all! We will definitely be back!

The eggs were seasoned perfectly! The menu claims their grits are "creamy", let me tell you they may have been the best, creamiest grits I've ever had! Belgian waffles come with the meal and a compote of (I think) raspberries & strawberries is served on the side. Lord Have Mercy!!!! Best kept secret down this stretch of the South might just be Peggy's fried chicken…read more Now, a great many places have the confidence to fry a bird. That is not the same as knowing what they're doing. Plenty can make chicken hot. Fewer can make it memorable. Peggy's managed the rarer thing. This was the kind of fried chicken that makes a man quiet for a minute and reconsider whether he has properly valued his past blessings. They had other meats on the menu, and I do not doubt they were prepared by decent people with honest intentions, but ordering anything besides the fried chicken would have felt like showing up at a revival and asking for directions to a yoga class. And the sides, Lord help me, the sides were no afterthought. If I had not attended the funerals myself, I might have suspected my great grandma, grandma, and momma were back there in the kitchen, keeping an eye on the pots. Forgive me, Mammaw G, Mammaw, and Mom, but Peggy's had the better day with that chicken. I say that with love, respect, and a willingness to dodge a lightning bolt if one has been set aside for me. Fried okra, green beans, sweet potatoes, and mac and cheese, which any Southerner with good sense knows is a vegetable when it needs to be, spread across our plates like a family reunion of the righteous. The only medical advisory I'd offer is this: if your doctor has warned you against coating your insides with salt, you may want to admire from a respectful distance. And the sweet tea was right. Not tea-flavored water with ambition. Sweet tea. Properly made. The sort that lets you know nobody in the building is interested in modern nonsense. Next time I'm rolling down I-20, I may well make the turn toward Wrens again just to see whether Peggy's can do it twice. But judging by the regulars, the handshakes, the easy way the staff knew folks by name, and the fact they made us feel halfway local ourselves, I'd say this was no one-off. This felt less like a lucky meal and more like the kind of place that still believes doing something well is reason enough to keep doing it.

It's a small place sort of looked like it could have been a fast food restaurant. There was plenty of seating. You could order from the menu or from the hot table (not sure what else to call it). There were two ladies working up front and it took a long time to order. I had the fried chicken with mashed potatoes, green beans, a cornbread muffin and a tea (half sweet/half unsweetened). My colleague had meatloaf, Mac and cheese, green beans, and a biscuit. We each ordered peach cobbler. They serve a lot of food! My colleague said she was going to take some for dinner. Well. . . she ate everything. It must have been really good. I haven't had good fried chicken in a long time and it was delicious. I ate all the green beans and the cornbread. I took the chicken to eat later. The mashed potatoes started out tasting good but then I started to notice an after taste that I didn't like. I didn't eat them. My colleague could not eat the cobbler. I'm not sure what was wrong with it but she tasted it and said she couldn't eat it. I unfortunately never got to eat mine. It sat in the fridge in the hotel and I ended up tossing it before I left. I was a little disappointed. I really was expecting some grits and maybe some greens (not green beans).

The cooks' hands are blessed, because the way I INHALED that food should be a crime in itself. The decor was cute and festive for the occasion, but all I could concentrate on was that FOOD.
