The temperature gets hotter on this than normal grass surface so dress for warmer weather. Furthermore, I suggest bring extra water or other drinks. The only restroom is in the pavilion, but it seems OK. I have been here a few times and have never understood peoples need to travel the wrong way in the "child-friendly" parking lot. It goes around in a circle... just do that. If you arrive late- park in the inner circle or try the outer circle and go around again if no parking. DO NOT GO THE WRONG WAY!

Leaving was pretty easy too, lots of room to get out quickly, without major traffics jams.
