Despite extensive communication about travel needs, multiple and unnecessary iterations are required to communicate what was already communicated. Different people appear to be working on the same itinerary without communicating to each other. Multiple emails are presented with incorrect information requiring further clarification and re-explaining. Recently, after 25 emails, I asked for a full itinerary with all my bookings in one place, and no one could produce it! The service is just awful!
