They gladly emphasized and sympathized with my passionate desire to give my sister and closest friend a beautiful floral arrangement for her 50th birthday. They happily said, "Yes, we can do it." Daniela was AMAZING. She provided all of the flowers for my husband and I's wedding last month and they all turned out great. Long story short, I hired this florist to create a deliver a bouquet for my sisters birthday last week. thflowers were delivered a day AFTER my sister's birthday. I called the florist concerned thinking maybe she was ill or had an accident, some reason to explain what happened and why she missed the delivery date. The florist never apologized. Instead, she asked me to pay $115 for the bouquet. I told her this seemed unreasonable because the bouquet was pretty, but not $115 pretty and it arrived a day late. My other sister sent flowers too from a 1-800 florist. Her bouquet was GORGEOUS, delivered on time, and cost 30% less. read more

Daniela was just amazing! She was delivering almost to the edge of her delivery area for a very special friend with a terminal illness.
