I am from out of state which I feel is important. Generally speaking I wasn't local which implied no possibility (or remote possibility at best) of any repeat business. My wife's sister does live locally and my wife asked me to send her sister flowers. I called two florists (just going down the Google search results of closest florists to her sister) prior to CPK and both didn't answer the phone, and online, neither would let me set a same day delivery. CPK was third in the list and 5 miles farther away and even though I called them, I was starting to think the birthday flowers for my wife's sister were in serious jeopardy of not arriving on her birthday (that same day). Well the kindest sweetest woman answered the phone and assisted me in picking out the perfect arrangement. She was amazing. What really separated them though was a pic of the display when it was completed BEFORE it was delivered AND another picture of them delivered and the recipient holding them awash in smiles. I asked for a flower arrangement for my daughter's housewarming that we were unable to attend. I sent a picture of her wedding bouquet to Cynthia who identified the flowers and pointed out that they were early summer flowers but if I would allow she would use available flowers to capture the theme but that were available and from local flower growers!! Want to share a wonderful experience I just had with Cynthia at CPK florist. I wanted to order a special floral arrangement for our daughters 50th birthday who lives in northern Virginia. I can't even begin to explain how amazing this florist is! I called from Iowa in the evening because my youngest sister is in the hospital there. She listened to everything I was saying and made the most PERFECT arrangement! It even ended up having blue thistles in it, which were in my sisters wedding flowers! She TOTALLY understood myself, my sister, and the situation and delivered the most beautiful flowers. I wanted to send flowers to my daughter for her birthday but was a little worried about doing it online.
